Poor service all around

The property manager did not give us the check in information. We had to call VRBO directly and they had to give us the check in code. At 3:37 the property manager decided to send us the information and told us we could check in at 3:00! The AC did not work the entire time. The grass was not cut (went past our knees). There were multiple outlets that didnt work, the dryer did not work properly, all the dishes were broken or cracked, and there was trash left out when we arrived and on the third day we received a notice for the trash being out (but it was there when we arrived). The entire trip we tried to get in touch with the property manager and he would not answer any messages. Overall bad experience and would not recommend especially for the price it is at now.
Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2022
