Ok but not great!

We called 2 weeks before our check in and was told they accepted cash, we arrived and was told no cash. Not a deal breaker but a little inconvenient. Friday night the young lady at the desk didn't act like she wanted to be there. Same young lady Saturday morning and night as we came in and out and never once acknowledged our presence. Sunday morning my husband went down and asked for 3 plastic forks and was told he couldnt have any sense we didn't buy the breakfast bar. Monday morning check out the gentleman at the desk was super friendly. Hotel was in renovation and the 3rd and 4th floor ice machines were out. Water pressure in the shower was subpar.

Quiet centrally located - hotel is in transition breakfast is $12.99 coffee IS NOT free. Water park walking distance, alcoholic beverages are VERY limited and sometimes unavailable

Me and my best friend were doing a small little trip to WorldSprings and wanted to stay in the area so I thought this would be a perfect fit.Upon checking in , the receptionist didn’t speak and I had to fully initiate the conversation. We checked in not even a full hour in: we notice the room is dirty , very dingy . Stains on wall . Toilet wouldn’t flush , stains on bathroom curtains and the final straw was me attempting to call the front desk the phone didn’t work .very disappointed and had to change my travel plans . I went downstairs and asked to check out and also asked for a manager on duty. According to Becca, there was no manager available. He would be in the next morning and only then could my issues and refund be discussed. Very frustrated to spend my money here and no resolution could be resolved. Overall, I didn’t feel safe in the hotel felt very sketchy and just didn’t like the vibe. The pictures are very misleading .
