The water in our shower didn’t get hot even after they thought they fixed it. We had to change rooms for our second night there. The other customers were rowdy and the noise level was unacceptable. The staff was very kind to us.

The room looked, nice but upon entering and further inspection was not very great at all. Within 5 minutes, I killed a cockroach by the entrance near the restroom. The shower head was a mess and water shot out everywhere. There was no clock either. The breakfast was ok, mediocre microwaved food buffet style but the fresh waffle option was decent. The fruit was all bad and almost rotten. Location was fine but next to a gas station with homeless people around. Of course the hot tub and jacuzzi was broken and not being fixed or repaired. There was old coffee and no water down in the main lobby. Nothing special but maybe overpriced for the package above. Be careful

The outside of the room had fingerprints around the door that clearly hadn't been cleaned. I got inside and put my stuff down, and put things in the bathroom. I dropped something on the floor and realized someone else's hair was on the floor, and the less visible places - the side of the sink, ect. It was gross. It was late and I was tired and I didn't want to move rooms, so I just dealt with it. However, then the deadbolt wouldn't work. Room was dirty and unsafe. Would not recommend.

Area felt unsafe it did not look like the pictures. I watched as people entered a back door with no security key. People hanging out in the parking lot that you could tell was not guests. Did not see any security. Tried to talk to front desk and see if they would refund any of my money so we could stay somewhere else they refused. I understand that things happen but when you are a woman traveling alone you want to feel somewhat safe. Very disappointed!
