Our go to place to stay when coming to Dallas. So quiet and the rooms are fabulous. Nice to be able to workout in the Cooper facility or walk on the track. 10 minutes to downtown via toll road or 5 minutes to Galleria.

My husband and I stayed two nights when I was in town for a medical procedure. Clean, safe, easy parking, extremely comfortable bed with top notch bedding. Room was quiet and I LOVED how hot the water got in the shower. So many times you are forced to take Luke warm showers but not here.

great hotel but next to a busy gym

Great day absolutely no markers or advertising for the property. It’s difficult to find, but I think that’s what they wanted. Beautiful area extremely busy they have a fitness facility and some other stuff in the area. They brag about a large property but really it’s mostly just a fitness center so you’re going to stay at a hotel next to Anytime fitness basically Very nice hotel, super old, but pretty clean for a hotel our room the tub did not drain and the balcony door did not sell up very well beautiful hotel though definitely recommend staying do not be fooled by their pictures. It’s basically a nice hotel next to a giant gym that’s going to be very very busy. You won’t be able to use any of the facilities or the pool. It’s extremely busy.
