Upon getting to the room around 4:30 to check in I recorded a red stain ion the couch, the room smell like smoke, hair in the tub and gnats flying around in the bathroom. I asked the front desk to please spray the room steam clean the couch, and spray before bringing my children back. I came back 8 hrs later, spot still on couch And the room still smelled of smoke. My kids slept in the bed but I was go sleep on the let pint couch. Due to my ocd I decided to sleep in my car overnight. WORST experience of my life.

The QR code next to the bed that directs you to the hotel’s website, as well as the email we received the day of checkin said breakfast was from 6-10am….but they shut it down at 9 with their response being “we changed the time.” They didn’t care. Since I don’t read minds, I didn’t know it was changed. Very disappointing considering Embassy’s breakfast is the only reason why we booked there to begin with. If you’re gonna change your amenities, I suggest reflecting that on the WEBSITE YOU DIRECT PEOPLE TO. Btw, I checked like 3 times to make sure I wasn’t imagining that the breakfast lasted until 10am. I guess you can’t trust their website. Also there was no blow dryer which was annoying. And to top it all off, my husband got stuck on 4 elevators because his key card wasn't working.
