Horrible house keeping Svc

Neat property . Also pet friendly . Rooms were somewhat smaller , sofa bed was rocky , and the hotel receptionist only gave us 1 extra pillow for a family of 6 staying in the room . Useless fellows .. Worst part hear this out .. the house keeping maid knocked on my door and asked me to vacate at 10 am so she can clean the room even though checkout was 12 . I guess she wanted to save a trip for herself but she cannot knock and ask me to get out . She could have tried by being nice and polite but not even that . She was pretty serious and unapologetic .. pathetic idiots .

Property is really well maintained. You can tell that the employee's take pride in this property. The hotel staff are very welcoming, happy to assist you and have made my stay very enjoyable. You literally walk out the door and have restaurants, coffee and shopping across the street. You are just a short walking distance from Whole Foods, Armor Coffee and Target. I have found that this property is in a very convenient area for what I need.

Checking lady very rude, we told her we had a service dog and she demanded proof of documents, we told her we did not have them with us at that time and in addition Hotels cannot ask for proof of a service dog's status. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), but she did not care and demanded for documents and charged us a pet fee.

Clean,Walkable to Restaurants/shopping

Great location that you can walk to several dining options as well as a movie theater. Clean rooms, indoor pool/outdoor patio was well kept. Onsite laundry was available with 2 washers/2 dryers (it was always in use when I was there) Overall I would stay here again versus another hotel in the area that I have stayed at.
