Really hard to get to. Way too many stairs through and across a parking lot. If you have to take 20 minute shuttle no real reason to stay here. Stay at the other Grand Hyatt until construction is complete

Our flight in May 2025 was weather-delayed/canceled to Austin, so we we needed to find a hotel at DFW at 1:30am. Only 1 room available and the site listed the room at $155 right up until we finalized the reservation and it went up by over $130. We checked in at 2:30am after repeated unanswered calls to find where the shuttle would pick us up. The DFW airport is under construction so finding the pick up spot took an additional 45 minutes. Since we were checking in at 2:30am and our flight had been delayed until 11pm later that evening, we inquired about delaying our check out time (which is 11am)---there is a $25/per hour charge for that. Breakfast options are limited but the staff gave us a single $20 gift card that might have paid for a bagel. Prices are nuts. Anyway, the room is ok, the shuttles are terrible, the staff are not helpful and the overall facility is tired and not well-kept. For the $300 that it cost us for the 5 hours we were there, we won't be back. . .ever.

Room was 58 degrees...thats cold and took quite some time to get it to expected range If you plan to walk to it from the terminal, youll be in for a treat...its a maze with no directions.
