The plumbing is the bathroom was not proper, the sink faucet was not secured in place. The TV in front of the bed was not working. Something sharp was handing loosely unsecured from under the TV. The faucet was fixed when reported, but the TV not. The managed made an adjustment to my total price of lodging. Staff in the hotel do not take ownership of guest concerns, they take it casually and do not appear to have empathy.

A+ as always! We love La Quinta ! Rooms are clean, staff was very attentive and quick for late check-in. Breakfast was hot and lots of options, sausage, bacon, waffles, lots of bagels, fruit, yogurt, all cereals, eggs, potatoes , great value for the money. Clean as always! Great job!

The front desk lady was not there when we arrived and there were 2 people already waiting for her. We got in line and waited 20 minutes before we could check in! When she finally arrived she didn’t care and was very blunt. The hotel smelled of bleach everywhere, including the rooms and the ac was turned off in the hotel resulting in it being hot wherever we went. The room was nice and clean with a good size but I don’t know if everything else is going to keep me away from booking with this hotel again.

My wife fell in the shower our first day. We were called liars. Why would we lie about something so serious. It was strange. The only staff member that identified themselves was Quin? But he refused to give me the names of the staff that denied we fell. *they good people, I promise* well, I could careless about his opinion of the staff. I am outraged at the lack of empathy for my wife and the lack of professionalism in the entire staff.

The hotel appeared to be fairly new. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, large bathroom and staff was really friendly, but I would never stay at this location again. The walls were so thin you could hear the person in the room next to you cough. I was woke up at 5:00 am the people next to me were being loud and playing music loud I could hear their whole conversation which was so annoying. I literally had to call front desk and complain. Chris at front desk took care of the problem immediately but that is just one thing I could not deal with, is walls that thin.
