It’s basically a decently furnished apartment in an old run down complex that smells like BO and smoke for 3,200 per month. The Air conditioner can not keep up with the heat in the summer. The host had to call the apartment complex maintenance to repair and it did a little better but something is wrong with it because it ran most of the day just to keep 74 degrees. Fairly sure there has been a fire at one time in the bathroom. Smelled like smoke.Air fresheners all over the apartment to unproductive attempt to mask the smell. Host was responsive to the AC but had nothing to say about the smell when asked.
