Please note that garage parking is available for an additional $20 per day for reservations that are 1-7 nights and a fixed $150 for reservations more than 7 nights. Guests must register their vehicle every 24hrs to prevent towing. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation, and trucks are not allowed in the garage.

**Pet Policy**

We welcome pets based on size, but prior notification is required to prevent reservation cancellation. A pet cleaning fee applies as follows:

- **1–4 Nights:** $35 per night

- **5–29 Nights:** $250 total

- **30+ Nights:** $400 total



**Guest Verification**

To comply with legal regulations and ensure security, all guests must complete a verification process before check-in. This may include:

- Submitting a government-issued photo ID

- Confirming contact details

- Completing verification through our secure portal

- Undergoing a background check if required

**Rental Agreement**

All guests must sign a rental agreement, which includes:

- Acknowledgment of rental terms and conditions

- Submission of a valid government-issued ID before check-in

Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking or within 1 hour for same-day reservations. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.



**Security Measures**

For your safety, security cameras are installed in hallways, and a Minut device is in place within the unit to monitor noise levels.



Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



A $75 Damage Protection Program applies to your stay and protects against accidental damages up to $150.
