Nightmare experience with VRBO!
Zero stars because the stay didn’t happen. I called before booking to ensure the stay was “guaranteed and did not require delay for host confirmation. I was assured it was guaranteed. Waited with my bags on the street from prior lodging checkout at noon until 4:00 check in with no communication about access. Had to stay in a hotel. Host now says she removed property from VRBO long ago and it shouldn’t have been listed. VRBO has refunded all fees, but that does not adequately compensate for the incredible inconvenience. Will never use or recommend VRBO in the future. Other similar services are much more reliable.

Great experience!
Apartment was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures! Property owner replied very quickly to any questions and was super accommodating. Great location, close to everything! Pool was awesome. We had a great stay would book again! 10 outta 10!

Would recommend!
We had a great experience at this rental! It was very clean and communication with the host was awesome. They typically responded to my messages within minutes! The apartment was in a really nice location too. Lots of places to eat and close to different attractions. The pool is warm and beautiful. My family of 4 was super comfortable and would definitely recommend this rental for a future stay!

Relaxing Location close to Favorite Places
The overall experience was wonderful. The condo was clean and tidy and looked exactly as pictured, which is one of the concerns we always have. We forgot to bring toothpaste so having that provided was a great touch. The condo is located right across the street from a shopping center that included a Whole Foods, Starbucks, nail salon, chiropractor and several restaurants so if you don’t have a vehicle everything you need is very close. The condo is spacious and just the right size for two people. All cooking utensils were provided which was a great help. We even brought our own wine opener and was pleasantly surprised that we didn’t need it. The only cons were super small in comparison to everything else. There were no paper towels or cloths to wipe up spills in the kitchen or bathroom. But with Whole Foods across the street, we just picked up a roll. And there was supposed to be someone to come and take the trash out that sat in the hall. It was full when we arrived and after day 3 and no one took it out, we just did it ourselves. A little note or decorative board on the kitchen counter with the wifi password would’ve been really helpful as well. I did end up having to work during our stay and it took me a while to find the wifi password. Also, trying to figure out where to get the keys was a little confusing. We arrived at a time when people were coming home so it was a little hectic. Which really isn’t anything the host can control. Other than that we had a wonderfully relaxing stay!!
