The entire team was extremely friendly and responsive. I had a minor issue in my room. I contacted guest services around midnight and Tyler was able resolve the issue immediately. I was so impressed with the quick resolution. Overall a wonderful experience.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made our stay truly relaxing. The location is amazing, and the staff was warm, helpful, and very professional throughout our visit. The only downside for us was the breakfast, which could use some improvement. Other than that, everything else was excellent. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
