I could not get a hold of anyone to cancel my reservation so I got charged for 4 nights. They just keep transferring calls to more people who cannot help. Travelocity was just as bad. They could not help me even though the airlines canceled my flight. “They will get back to me.” They have never called me back. Terrible service. Will never book a flight and hotel through Travelocity/Expedia again. Oh, and I did purchase “ insurance.” Still did not get a refund.

This property seemed good on the outside but once in the room, there where multiple roaches during our stay. We reported it to the front desk. They said they would send someone to spray. We are unsure if they actually did because we saw roaches every day. Also, there are no maids that come in during the stay to clean or pick up trash or towels. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and were asked to bring our dirty towels down to the front desk! I have never done this in my life! We were also told to take our own trash out down the hall. Unbelievable! We were there for 4 nights so we definitely needed new towels and trash emptied. The front desk staff, however, was very friendly and felt bad about the situation but said that management was at fault. Do not stay here!

It was alright. Very clean. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before someone arrived to the desk. Once employee arrived check in was quick. Room was larger than expected. Clean.

Great Hotel Room

I was in town for a funeral, and the room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. I had no problems. I'll stay there again when I'm back in town. Great price and great service.

I have been to this property several times in the last few months.My only complaint is there is never adequate kitchen accessories and they need an exterminator. I know many visitors occupy the property, but insect control is a must.

Much in need of an update. Bathroom pocket door was broken, toilet wouldn't stop running, and no usb connections. English must have been third language for most of the staff. Lot of trouble communicating. Children on third floor above us jumping loudly until late into night.
