This one bedroom loft is perfect for a trip with friends or a intimate getaway with your partner.
The space
This 777sqft one bedroom loft style apartment has all you need! The bathroom is the only space with a door. The bedroom is in its own room, but there is no door that separates it. There are blinds and black out curtains that dim the light from outside perfectly.
Guest access
You’ll have the entire space. The gym and pool is a shared space with the other tenants in the building.
Other things to note
On weekends, parking is limited. Please prepare to park your car before party goers fill the visitor spaces to avoid paying for outside parking

The worst experience EVER
We stayed here for my daughter’s 9th birthday. Initially, communication/experience was great; however, that QUICKLY changed once returned home. First, I received an email stating we broke the microwave. We tried using and it would close because of the glass. Next, she then emailed me stating we left the place a disaster and messed with the smoke detector?! What in the world. The entire building smelt of weed. When I asked for pictures of the “disaster”, she wasn’t able to send me them, but yet proceeded to insult myself and told me to “kick rocks”. We paid for 2 nights but weren’t able to check in until after 6, as “she forgot to mention it to her maid”. There is no futon in the living room. It’s simply a sectional. There is also no parking tag. I have an open case with Vrbo regarding this stay. She still is emailing and demanding additional payment. Long story short… DO NOT STAY HERE. Brittany is a nightmare.

Well it was just ok. Floors were filthy not even equipped with a toaster. Location was great for us Friday and Saturday night from 9pm to 3am huge parties and parking was right behind the place we were there to compete in the biggest competition in the world and we had no sleep. If you like to party that is the place and walking distance to great good though

Great location!
Initially entering property was interesting, but well guided on the emails and by the very attentive owner. Great place to stay. Very roomy, with everything ypu need. Close to shops and restaurants!

Great location just next to Deep Ellem!
Great restaurants and very active nightlife just outside your stay! Loved using the pool as well! Great communication when needed with the host. If you want to be near Deep Ellem, this is a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Close to Dos Equis Pavillion as well with a short drive.

Great location to downtown.
Great location. Close to bars and restaurants. We did a fly in to Dallas. Arrived 15-20 before check-in with bags. I communicated that we would arrive 2:30ish. The cleaning lady let us in to fdrop our bags. The owner emailed that if was not acceptable to be early. We were in/out in 2 minutes. Tried to start the dishwasher and it didn’t work

Very nice spot....except for loud vehicles/ stereos till 3am
Very clean, nice spot. Had a good pool in the court yard of this large residential complex. Fairly confusing parking/ entry situation. Close to down town/ Fairpark area. Right in Deep Ellum. Over all, i dug it
