I liked the very reasonable cost for the stay and over-night valet. Also, I enjoyed the simple and quick check-in and check-out. Additionally, the room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed an especially delicious meal at Oceanaire where the staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful.
The Nordstrom staff was very helpful and professional. Also, the clothing and shoes selection was exceptional.
The mall connected to the hotel was beautiful. However, there were some common areas where there was an unpleasant smell- a bad septic smell near the indoor entrance to Nordstrom and some other areas.
Overall, our experience at the Westin was as expected- top rate.

The room is nice and spacious and we didn't feel cramped. The glazed glass bathroom door is cool, but we could have done without because it was too bright when the bathroom had to be use during the night.

The property was great but when we checked in they did not have the room that we purchased ( two queen). They said they didn’t know why it had allowed me to book those rooms . We ended up having to purchase another room as we had 4 people traveling with us . So we had to pay for the queen room because we already had paid for it ( on Travelocity and then purchase a king room through the hotel
