Every single thing about this place was terrible other than the front desk assistants! First room the gave us, the bed was completely broken on one side, and smelled like weed!! Switched rooms. Next room smelled funky, decided not to make a big deal about it as it was already late. Bed was ROCK hard. Walls and ceilings were paper thin!! Could hear everything and was so loud!!! Meaning terrible sleep on top of the mattress issue. Coffee in the morning was so weak and tasted completely watered down. Pancake machine wasn't working. The only thing they had at the marketplace was a couple of ramen! Everything was crappy. Would NEVER stay again. They didn't even have cups for the work out room. Elevators were dirty, there was hair on our ceiling in the bathroom!! When we told the cleaners about it, he said he would clean it and left half of em still there!! So gross. Never will stay again.

First, our room was not as clean as it should have been. We stayed from Thursday through Sunday, and during that time, housekeeping never came to service our room—not once. We had to take our own trash out to prevent it from overflowing, even after I specifically asked housekeeping staff who were cleaning our floor. The pool table and game area were also not available like they are at other Tru locations. Additionally, having to show my driver’s license to check out the pool table was frustrating. Once I am checked in, I should not have to carry my ID around the hotel. We specifically chose this location because it advertised an indoor heated pool. Unfortunately, the pool was extremely cold. I brought this issue to the attention of three different staff members, and it was never addressed. Breakfast was another disappointment. On our first morning, the pancake machine was broken, and on our last day, the toaster oven was not working. Food frequently ran out, and we had to wait for items to be refilled. Although egg toppings were listed, they were never available. The coffee also did not seem fresh—it was very dark, bitter, and difficult to drink. Overall, this was by far the worst-maintained Tru hotel we have ever stayed at. That said, the staff member who checked us in was excellent—very friendly, helpful, and professional. They even followed up to see whether the pool issue had been addressed, which we truly appreciated.

I like the Tru by Hilton Hotels. Check in was super easy. I requested a room on the back side of the building because the restaurants/bars on the parking lot side have LOUD music, and the clerk made that happen, so that was AWESOME. We couldn't hear the music at all. The problem we had was, there was no caffeinated coffee for the next morning. The market seemed to be very low on stock, but we didn't need anything from there, it was just an observation. There were no bagels left at breakfast. There may have been other items that were out also. Other than that, it was an ok stay. Again, VERY thankful for the check-in clerk giving us a quieter room on request.

The room was comfortable but there was no tissues, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast was good but the breakfast service lady was very rude. The staff should be more friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was nice and clean. The morning breakfast was very good. I was dissapointed they did not clean the room after my first night's stay (they clean rooms every other day), and was very dissapointed their indoor pool was closed, as that is the reason I selected this hotel.

Hotel property is very clean! However , there are NO beverages on the property except for a water station in the lobby. No soda machine , no mini store - nothing. Was told to use door dash or go to a store outside the property. No wash cloths or hand towels in the room . Too many other properties - will not stay here next time . Not a business traveler hotel -
