Bedbugs in room321, bedbugs in room 314, moved to 3rd room, 414, Toilet took overnight to refill to flush . Bedskirt stained. Trash under headboards. Night staff helpful, but rooms need pest services and deep clean. Shower lever stuck in 414. We have pictures.

The only negative thing was the breakfast...very disappointing! Only fruit apples, sausage was over cooked, gravy for biscuits awful..my husband wouldn't eat anything and he's not picky...

Ok, nothing fancy

Bed was comfortable. There was some black hair that was found in the bathroom. Some spots on the carpet were sticky. Holes in bathroom above mirror where they probably took down a light fixture and never repaired or covered the holes. We were there for less than 12 hours, so it was ok.

Great stop over

Great stop for traveling through area. Easy off- on highway. Restaurants within walking distance. For dog owners, there is a park right around corner. Hotel clean, staff friendly, breakfast good. What more could you want?

Charged extra to stay in someone else's mess

We needed a pet-friendly place to stop after a long day of driving from Florida toward Indiana. I have two well-trained senior dogs and don't mind paying a deposit to accommodate them but it appears that this hotel assumes all pets will be messy so they charge a nonrefundable pet fee PER PET yet don't even bother cleaning 'the pet room' before guests check in. There was a highly visible pool of dried pee next to the bathroom door and a white substance all over the carpet that made it clear the room had not been vacuumed, not to mention a broken closet door and holes in the couch. The bed itself was comfortable but you should not have charged me extra to stay in someone else's mess! Very disappointing as a responsible and clean pet owner.
