It was all good. Of course the breakfast as closed because of Covid, but they do provide most of it for you..but there is also quite a few places to find food right there. The only disappointment we had was the indoor pool is not heated so it was way too cold to get in at this time.

They charged me twice for a room that had already been paid for through Travelocity for a total of $260.00, not including the $147 from Travelocity. When I tried to get them to reverse or release the hold, the general manager began shouting at me on the phone, called *me* irate, and hung up on me. Definitely never staying there again.

Comfortable and well priced

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Dalton, GA where we were attending an event and Chattanooga, TN. It was easily accessible from the highway at a safe exit that had plenty of restaurants and gas stations. Our stay was comfortable, the rooms were quiet and comfy, and the staff was very friendly. No problems at all with our stay. If you're visiting Chattanooga, it is literally just a short and scenic 15 minute drive so it would be a good option for anyone looking to visit the city but not pay the in-city hotel rates.

good place to stay.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
good place to stay. we were only there one night but it was more than adequate. the breakfast was really good and a big plus for this stay. the other motels in the area were not nearly so nice.

Will stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, helpful staff clean, tasty free breakfast.
Cons: cold water in indoor "heated" pool, not enough parking spaces
Staff very polite, friendly, and helpful. Free breakfast in lobby was fantastic - fresh, well maintained, many items to choose from, delicious! Room & bathroom very clean. Only two negatives: heated indoor pool didn't feel heated at all, water cold. And, twice upon returning to hotel after 10 pm, absolutely no places to park. Had to park under awning in front! At next shift change, was not passed on to next shift that I had gotten permission to park there.

Another wonderful stay

I have stayed at this hotel twice before and have always had a great experience. This time their pool was under renovation, however when I voiced my concern over not having use of the pool I was informed that the hotel had made arrangements for their guests to visit a hotel VERY close by and use their pool. The free breakfast seemed to have been upgraded so there were fresh, warm biscuits, sausage patties, bacon.. much more than the danish and donuts found at other hotel chains. This was a pleasant surprise since traveling with a child we could have a very nice breakfast then head out on our day. I will stay here again.
