The room did not smell very fresh. It had a very stale odor. It appeared very clean however the bed covers didn’t smell fresh and clean. I felt I could smell it. The odor of other people having slept in the bed. One bed had such a sunken place in it. I had to switch to the other to be more comfortable.

I didnt like that the front desk person looked at me watched me walk to the door and try to open it then got up to unlock it. Also the next morning a different front desk person was knocking on the door 2 1/2 hrs before check out very rude

Cockroach in the shower. The overstuffed chair in our room was disgusting. The headboard on the bed had something spilled on it. The wall in the bathroom had a dried on spill next to the sink. The property had just been restored but was already getting bad.

Dirty sheets, not changing their sheets

When we got to our room and pulled down the bed the sheets were obviously wrinkled and dirty. I went to the front desk and requested clean sheets and was given a rolled up ball of sheets, staff was very rude and no apologies. The next day the cleaning staff apologized and said they had a new maid the day before who neglected to change the sheets. My husband was in our car when they cleaned our room and they did not bring in any clean sheets and I saw the bed was made. Disgusting! Also they had no sugar for my coffee at their free breakfast and stated other guests stole it. Check in person was nice, the rest of the staff were very rude.

Excellent Stay!!

This was our first stay here & everything was a 10/10!! Friendliness of staff, quiet T night, cleanliness of room, comfortable beds & excellent price made visiting our 4 month old twin grandgirls perfect!! This will be our home in Dalton from now on!! Thank y’all so very much!!!

This was a very nice place to stay. Everything was in great condition. Check in lady was so sweet. The only thing that could be upgraded was the breakfast. We will definitely book a HoJo when possible.

Comfortable beds

The check in staff was very friendly. She even tried to move our rooms so our family could be together for our 1 night stay. The rooms were very clean. The bed was the most comfortable one we had slept on during our week vacation. Breakfast does end much earlier than most places. It was only from 6-9. It would have been nice to have it open a little longer for those that arrive late and sleep in a little later in the morning.

Perfect, as expected and described. Animals! Be warned. Parking lot pets and pets in rooms. Not for the the non pet owners,lovers. A little concerned will follow up.
