The Dampland holiday homes are next to a beautiful 3.5 km-long sandy beach in the Baltic Sea town of Damp.
At our "Asgard" holiday park, you can choose from three accommodations: cozy log cabins, charming roofed houses, and luxurious premium houses. Asgard is centrally located within our resort, and just a few minutes' walk from the four-kilometer stretch of the Baltic Sea coastline.
The holiday homes can accommodate up to 4 or 8 guests, depending on the type. Premium houses feature a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly days.

Wellness: Relax and unwind in our Mare Mara sauna area. With our brine grotto and eight themed saunas, all are once again available for your enjoyment. Dampland also offers a modern spa area for ultimate relaxation.

Our inspection and maintenance work in the Mare Mara sauna area has been completed – the area is now open again! Your guests can once again be pampered in 8 different saunas with sea views, in the relaxation pool and with soothing treatments.

A small drop of bitterness: The seawater swimming pool (panorama pool) unfortunately remains closed. During the overhaul, there were unexpected technical challenges. We are working on it at full speed, and everything is expected to be ready by the end of the year. Of course, we will inform you immediately as soon as the pool is usable again.

But don't worry – relaxation and fun are still not neglected! In addition to the sauna area, many highlights are available to your guests:

Entdeckerbad Maintenance Notice:  The Entdeckerbad will be closed from January 12–25, 2026, for scheduled maintenance. Guests are welcome to use the Panoramabad at Mare Mara during this time.

New Overnight Stay Tax
A 2% overnight stay tax is applied based on the accommodation price. This tax supports local infrastructure and is directly remitted to the city. The tax is calculated at check-out and must be paid at that time.
Parking
In addition to the large free car park at the entrance to the town, there are paid parking spaces directly in the center. These are managed digitally via camera-based parking space monitoring. As you enter and exit, your license plate is captured by a camera, and the data is permanently deleted after you leave the system. A free parking space is available for one hour to facilitate check-in. Holiday home guests also receive a free parking space near their accommodation.

Holiday with baby:Baby beds: Upon request and subject to availability, we provide a baby cot with bed linen for the duration of your stay.Baby comfort package: Includes a changing mat, baby bath, and bottle warmer. This package can be added to your booking upon request and subject to availability. A toddler toilet seat and high chair can also be rented upon request and availability.
Please note:Up to two dogs are allowed per property on request for €20 per night, payable locally. No dangerous breeds are permitted. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the resort for the consideration of other guests.The Ostsee Resort provides a separate dog beach.Hiking trails, dog walking areas, playgrounds, nature reserves, a pharmacy, and a veterinarian are available nearby.
