This home, on what is affectionately called California's Riviera, in the exclusive gated community of Beach Road, provides privacy and seclusion not commonly associated with beachfront property. It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente, as it is between these two seaside communities. It is less than 45 miles from the airport and minutes from the train station. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo makes it easy to create a memorable day's adventure.

This lower-level property features a deck with a sweeping ocean view. High-top stools at the kitchen bar make eating together easy, especially with additional seating on the deck. Here, you can come to relax and ride bicycles along the coast path to Dana Point Harbor. Have a barbecue family dinner on the deck and watch the sunset, then
enjoy the emerging starlit skies. Relax and reconnect as you bask in the magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and enjoy the refreshing breezes.

THINGS TO KNOW

Primary Renter: The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age is required.

No Air Conditioning: Due to the moderate coastal climate, this home, like most properties in the area, does not have air conditioning.

Beach Access & Coastal Conditions: The beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions. As a beachfront property, the home is naturally exposed to salt air and sand. The stairs leading directly from the property to the beach are currently unavailable. Beach access is available through the vacant lot located two homes to the right of the property when facing the ocean. Please note that we cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the availability of a specific beach access point.

Property & Parking: The home is priced appropriately for its current condition as a rental property within a gated beachfront community. There is no garage access for guests. The property consists of two condos that may be rented together. The two units share parking, with two parking spaces available for each unit.

Nearby Sounds: Amtrak trains run along the active railroad tracks on the opposite side of Beach Road. Depending on conditions, guests may also hear traffic from Pacific Coast Highway, as well as ocean and tidal sounds from the beachfront.

Quiet Residential Neighborhood: This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a strict no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, unauthorized occupancy, and parties. Violations may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or termination of the stay, in accordance with the rental agreement. Please make sure these policies are a comfortable fit for your group before booking.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations for this property will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

Security Deposit: This property may require a security deposit.
