The Capistrano Beach Cottage features a coastal modern interior with hotel-like appeal while providing a relaxed beach-life atmosphere. Within walking distance to the sandy beach, this 2 bed/1 bath half duplex features central heat and air conditioning, and a private, tropical zen-inspired patio. Get away from the everyday and escape to beach luxury right here!

The beach cottage has been designed to provide you with similar luxuries to a resort-style hotel. Bath and beach towels are provided for your stay. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members. The living room boasts a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, allowing the entire home to sleep up to 6 people. Each bedroom comes with a plush pillow-top mattress, crisp white linens, and plenty of comfortable pillows and blankets. Need to do laundry? We've got you covered with a full-size washer/dryer along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets fully stocked for your use.

Central air! The majority of the homes in this area do not have air conditioning. We've got you covered with central heat and air conditioning. No matter what the temperature is outside, we will make sure you are more than comfortable inside!

Gourmet cooking is made possible in our fully stocked kitchen! We have everything you can possibly think of for cooking up a storm—an assortment of cookware and kitchen staples.

Entertainment is made possible in our open concept living room! The beach cottage has been designed for your ultimate entertainment experience with an open concept living room/kitchen. Looking to take a bike ride down to the beach? We've thought of it all. The beach cottage comes with four top-of-the-line beach cruisers! There is also an assortment of beach equipment available for your use—everything from surfboards, body boards, beach chairs/umbrellas, and coolers.

Beautiful little apartment duplex. Light colors and style feel very Scandinavian. Bathroom is very small. Accessible for mildly handicapped but not wheelchair friendly. Backyard is wonderful. We really liked the location too. Capo Beach but so close to Dana Point. If traveling with large family you could book both apartments of the duplex. Very well decorated.

Nice Place for Four

The neighborhood is safe and quiet and good for taking walks. To get to the beach, you do need to drive, however. The kitchen is very nice and the beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. The fold-out sofa bed is impossible, so only four people can stay here comfortably.

We live very close by and when we had our daughters HS graduation party - we need it more room for family to stay and this was the perfect location for everything - as they did everything from Disneyland to Los Angeles :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time at the beach was such a treat for us old folks. Out of the many beaches close at hand, we ended up watching Dads teach their young children to surf. Everything is conveniently close to this location. Loved the welcome cookies. Great place to stay.
