The open-concept main level pairs a granite-island kitchen with a light-filled living room framed by mountain and lake views. Downstairs, a game room with air hockey and foosball opens onto a screened porch, and multiple decks give every level its own spot to take in the water.

Where You'll Be
Overlooking Douglas Lake just outside Sevierville, you're 23.7 miles from Dollywood, 25.1 miles from Pigeon Forge, and 34.1 miles from Gatlinburg and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The lake sits on a dam, so water levels fluctuate seasonally, typically lower from September through May.

• Please note that while the property does have a garage, it will not be accessible to guests during their stay.
• Please note that water levels in the area are typically not high enough to accommodate boats until late June at the earliest. There is no boat launch available at the property. Guests will need to use the nearest public boat ramp, located approximately 3 miles from the house, to launch their vessel. From there, they may navigate to the property’s dock; however, the canal may not be deep enough to support certain types of boats (e.g., V-hull vessels). We recommend planning accordingly.

* Lake water levels are typically too low for boating until late June and fluctuate seasonally due to the dam
