It was overall clean. I can tell they just got done maybe fixing the room up because of the particles on floor. A little tear on walls and doors and things but nothing major. Very comfy. Beds nice and big and soft and very clean.will definitely be my go to place when im in danville.

Lots of potential, not there yet

It’s clear that this place is in transition and they’re working on getting it in better shape. The staff were very helpful. The room was fine, bed was comfortable, except there’s only a sheet and a thin blanket, so we had to use blankets we keep in the car. The biggest downside was that people appear to live at this hotel, so although we had no problems, we didn’t feel entirely safe. The courtyard is very nice.

Not bad for the money and location

Convenient to Caesars Casino. Clearly undergoing ALOT of renovations, and has a ways to go. Gorgeous courtyard, room was reasonably clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke (a challenge for thise of us allergic to smoke). Fridge and small microwave provided, but no plastic cups or anything for brushing teeth, etc. Bed was relatively comfortable, but no spare pillows, blankets , or towels. I think in a few months, it will be wonderful, once more work is completed.

You pay for what you get. They are renovating the hotel, which is better. They have a bunch of riffraff living as apartments and no wants to worry if they are going to be hit on by the street workers or be robbed. There was no cleaning of the rooms, requested new towels and you only get two sets of everything. No comforters/blankets. I will says it did what we needed it to do for the two nights, but won’t return.

Hotel room was modest, blanket was thin, bathroom needed a deep cleaning, TV remote did not chnage the channels. Bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant, general location of motel is not a great area but no problems were noted.

A good home base for your visit

Happy with my stay. Check-in was easy and the people at the front desk were kind and helpful. The room was clean and the mattress and pillows were comfy. I would recommend they add another blanket to the bed(s), because there was one rather thin one. But since it was just me I doubled it up and it was good. The environment was quiet and peaceful (and I always travel with earplugs as a just in case - didn't really need them). More water pressure in the shower would be wonderful if possible. The room was pretty standard: not fancy, but clean and a good value. No complaints. It was a good place to act as a "home base" as I was checking out the area.

Not knowing the area well, the description of the property indicated to me the hotel was affiliated with the new casino so I assumed that the property would be of newer construction and meeting Ceasers reputation but evidently that was not the case. Arriving from out of town I turned down the street beside the building by mistake only to be met by a couple who appeared homeless with a large collection of items around them sitting across from your hotel in a parking lot of a neighboring building. I then pulled in the parking lot and the place looked abandoned and desolate. The place was under construction and the side of the building facing the street appeared uninhabitable due to closure of the main entrance and construction equipment inside and outside of the entrance. A person appearing to be a maintenance worker was drilling on the outside of the building near the entrance the whole time I sat in the lot before leaving to go elsewhere. The location didn’t seem safe and I didn’t feel comfortable staying at this establishment.

We were disappointed with the stay and left a day early. The room was clean, but we only got one set of towels and no cups. We asked for more and they took care of it. There was no place to hang clothes. There were cheap curtains and a bright light outside kept the room too bright all night. If you are looking for an inexpensive room, its OK.

1st, it is no way associated with Caesar's Virginia. I assume the misspelling in the title is supposed to reflect that. 2nd I will give them a pass on condition because they seemed like they were renovating the property. Much needs to be done. 3rd, a ding on Expedia for charging me a room rate that was much higher than if I walked in off the street.
