Hotel is comfortable but a little sterile with little to entertain you. Food is ok but very pricy and after a few days the menu gets very boring. Big problem though is the noise! Hotel currently has building works which start before 8 and end after 6 despite hotel stating it won’t happen that late. I also had this all day on the Saturday and Sunday when I stayed. No advance notice of the works on this website before booking and no notice of the works posted in hotel or on the emails sent before my arrival. I suggest to avoid this place until works finish and indeed suggest giving it a miss until it improves its general ambience.

This property is incredibly well kept and the staff are among the most hospitable you will ever come across in East Africa. The pool area is a great place to hangout with a view and close to the restaurant inside which in itself is magnificent.
