Living/dining room: With Freeview TV, video player and oak floor.
Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, oak floor and patio door leading to patio.
Living room 2: With Freeview TV, DVD player and bi-fold doors leading to patio.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With 2ft 6in twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath and toilet.. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Patio with garden furniture. Permit parking for 1 car (unreserved). No smoking. . This terraced cottage is well equipped and comfortably furnished. Situated on a pretty residential street, not far from the town centre and all amenities, the property has good views over the town to the river from main rooms, kitchen and patio.

Linen and towels will not be provided for any ‘extra’ beds ie z beds, sofa beds, stora beds unless otherwise requested 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Dartmouth.
We loved our stay in Dartmouth. The place was well situated and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and the river. The views from the deck were so lovely. It was the perfect place to sip a G’n’T in the early evening watching the seagulls. The two separate bathrooms were appreciated by our three generation family also. Although there was no washing machine or wifi, we would definitely stay again.
Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2023
