Explore the breathtaking South Hams coastline, sail the River Dart, visit Totnes, Kingsbridge, or Dartmoor, or enjoy a family day out at Woodlands Leisure Park or Paignton Zoo. Dartmouth also hosts the famous Royal Regatta in August with fireworks, races, and river festivities.
Mobility: Given the Apartment is on the ground floor with only one step to navigate, this might be suited for anyone with mobility issues (not wheelchair friendly)
Step into a light-filled, single-level holiday home with its own private entrance. Inside, you will find two cosy bedrooms, a double and a compact twin with a wash basin, alongside a bright living and dining space with picture windows that frame views of the river. The kitchen has the essentials required for a break away, while a shower room and separate WC add comfort. A washer and dryer are available in the utility space just outside the property.
Foredeck is designed to make your stay effortless. Bed linen, towels, and high-speed BT internet are all provided, giving you the freedom to unwind, stream a film, work remotely, or plan your next adventure. The cottageâs riverside location means you can enjoy boats drifting by from the comfort of your living room or main bedroom.
Whether you are strolling to the bakery for fresh pastries, setting out on a coastal walk, or simply relaxing by the window with a view of the River Dart, Foredeck puts you at the heart of Dartmouth life while giving you space to breathe.
A short five to ten minute walk into the centre of town.
Parking: The rental includes a parking permit for Mayor's Avenue Car Park (approx. five mins walk). Street parking is also available directly outside the property â unrestricted in winter, and in summer available overnight and for up to two hours during the day. You can pull up outside for easy loading and unloading at any time.
Pets: We welcome one well behaved pet.

Rental Conditions: Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
The shower had mold patches and the shower head needed replacing. The flooring throughout was not too a good standard (loose and tired looking). The parking permit was for a car park about a quarter of a mile away. When we stopped to drop of the bags at the house, we had abuse from some locals staying we couldn't do that.
