Step through the solid oak front door into a welcoming hallway leading to three thoughtfully decorated ground floor bedrooms. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed, Freeview TV, DVD player, iPod dock, and a luxurious en-suite with both a bath and shower. The third bedroom offers flexible sleeping with zip-and-link twin beds that can be made into a super king, making it ideal for a variety of guest arrangements. The fourth bedroom features a single trundle bed with a pull-out, great for children (please request on booking). A second bathroom on this floor includes a stunning freestanding bath, heated towel rail, and shower attachment, adding a touch of spa-like luxury.

Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams create a stunning open-plan living space filled with light. The spacious lounge includes plush seating, Sky TV, a DVD player, Wii console, and a selection of board games, perfect for cosy evenings in. 10-minutes from Dartmouth by car. Nearest train station is Totnes, approx 10 miles away.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom three is normally made as a ‘Twin’ but do specify when booking if you require it to be set as a ‘Superking’.
Bedroom four is normally made with just one single bed but do specify when booking if the pull-out single bed is also required.

Young Children:
The property is supplied with a stairgate and highchair but ask guests to bring their own travel cot.

Pets:
One well behaved dog allowed.

Extended Family:
Nestled along side we also have the privilege of being able to offer 'Cedar House' which also sleeps unto 8 guests. Please enquire for further information.
