A recently refurbished end terraced house on two floors, in a superb location in the heart of Kingswear and with the most wonderful views of the marina, Royal Naval College and Steam Railway. The property is bright and airy and has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Kingswear has a pub, cafe, and marina, and local transport links to Torbay and Dartmouth are within easy walking distance.

Great views, well located.It would have been nice to have had a welcome pack such as a pint of milk wtc which we have had at many other self catering cottages.It was clean and well furnished.There were however ants in the kitchen and the TV aerial was broken. The housekeeper provided us with a replacement mid wayvthrough our stay.
