This tropical retreat features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge entertaining deck, and an infinity pool with unbeatable views.
Walk to the marinaâs restaurants, Cullen Beach, and local shops.
Youâre just 10 minutes on foot to the Casino and Mindil Beach Markets, and a 2-minute drive to Darwinâs CBD and waterfront precinct.
This is a residential neighbourhood
Guests have access to the entire property, excluding a storeroom.
âą Fully air conditioned with fans in every room to keep you cool and comfortable
âą Infinity Pool on the edge of the marina (fully fenced). Towels provided
âą Massive deck upstairs with outdoor seating overlooking the stunning Cullen Bay Marina
