Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Rund um zum Wohlfühlen. 2 kleine Nachteile: Einbau von Fliegengittern ist bei der ländlichen Lage dringend geboten. Der Kühlschrank hat ein Eigenleben- die Geräuschkulisse haben wir als störend empfunden.

Tolle Woche

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse, die großen Fenster und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit etlichen ausgefallenen Elementen luden zum Verweilen ein. Es machte Spaß,morgens länger im Bett zu bleiben. Das einzige Manko war, dass man abends ungenügend Abdunkeln konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Befriedigende Unterkunft im schönen Rosenhagen

Die Sauberkeit war aus meiner persönlichen Sicht befriedigend, teilweise bin ich in der Unterkunft auf Spinnweben gestoßen und sogar durch eines hindurchgelaufen. Vielleicht war die Unterkunft vorher länger nicht nachgefragt, trotzdem darf derartiges nicht sein? Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war im Vorfeld des Check-Ins richtig gut, danach ein Ärgernis bzw. nicht existent. Mein 2. Satz Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher wurde unmittelbar nach Bezug einkassiert, da ich alleine bin und sie nicht benötige. Ich habe mich in dem Moment ziemlich überfahren gefühlt. Auf meine letzte Nachricht habe ich bis dato keine Antwort erhalten. Ich hatte nach einer alternativen Unterkunft gefragt, der Grund hierfür folgt. In der Wohnung kann es Nachts sehr laut werden, da der Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, nach meinem persönlichen Empfinden, einen extremen Lärm während des Kühlvorgangs veranstaltet. Dies hat dazu geführt, dass ich die Nächte sehr schlecht bis gar nicht geschlafen habe. Die Müllentsorgung hat mir nicht gefallen. Auch ist es nicht zeitgemäß, dass die Mieter die Betten vor Abreise abziehen. Daran kann ich mich gar nicht mehr erinnern. Positiv war das Vorhandensein von Netflix und einem Parkplatz am Haus. Das Bad wie auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet Den verfügbaren Internetanschluss würde ich mit ausreichend bis bestenfalls befriedigend bewerten. Das Streaming von Disney+ oder Wow hat mir auf meinem Tablet gar keine Freude bereitet. Rosenhagen ist ein schöner Urlaubsort.

Perfekt zum Entspannen

Eine schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum wunderschönen Naturstrand in Rosenhagen. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Erholen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern.

Wir verlebten 2 Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Alles wurde so vorgefunden, wie in den Kommentaren und Bildern beschrieben steht. Die Mitbewohnerin ist umsichtig und freundlich. Der Kompromiss zwischen Style und Funktionalität ist gut gelungen. Jeder der Ruhe sucht, ist in dieser Ferienwohnung gut aufgehoben.

Auch wenn es sich um eine historische Tür handelt, muss die Eingangstür zur Wohnung abschließbar sein! Heutzutage gibt es bestimmt eine passende Lösung!!!

Sehr schöne, top und edel ausgestattete Wohnung.

Wir haben uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wohnungszuschnitt ist top, die Ausstattung hochwertig, es gibt mehrere schöne Ecken zum lesen , chillen. Die Wohnung ist hell und sehr modern. Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, auch an Regentagen. Schade ist, dass sich die Wohnungstür nicht abschließen lässt und damit für die Bewohner oben offen steht. Das fanden wir sehr ungewöhnlich. In Rosenhagen ist außer dem Strandgut (allerdings leider nur sehr selten geöffnet) keine Gastronomie, kein Bäcker, kein Einkaufsladen. Ansonsten ist die Lage top. Vielen Dank !!

Hervorragende Unterkunft in ruhigem Dorf direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Radfahrer, Baden und Wandern . Toller Startpunkt für Besuche in Travemünde, Lübeck, Wismar oder Schwerin. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Karsten

Super erholsame Tage an der Ostsee

Eine Woche Wohlfühlatmosphäre in einem schmucken kleinen, stylischen Apartment, in dem es an nichts fehlte. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit den Vermietern vor der Anreise und während unseres Aufenthalts. Abends haben wir die pure Ruhe genossen auf der kleinen Terrasse in den Liegestühlen oder im Strandkorb. Wir waren mit Rädern angereist. Dadurch ließ sich die nähere und auch etwas weitere Umgebung wunderbar erkunden. Dazu noch Strandnähe und bestes Wetter - was will das Urlauberherz mehr? Erholungseffekt 100% - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Diese sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage ca. 500 m von einem langen Naturstrand und dem Ostseeradweg entfernt. Man kann Radtouren machen oder Lübeck, Travemünde, Wismar, Rostock sowie Schwerin besuchen, den Tag am Strand verbringen oder im Garten die vielen Vögel beobachten. Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen hier verbracht und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

sehr hochwertiges 1 Zimmer Appartment ideal für max 3 Personen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. moderner Kamin und viele gemütliche Ecken zum entspannen. tolle Terasse incl. Strandkorb u Liegen. sehr ruhig gelegen. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Travemünde Lübeck Wismar Boltenhagen. Ostseeradweg direkt vor der Tür. 400m zum Strand. kilometerlang.

Tolle Lage, schön eingerichtetes 1-Zimmer Apartment

Schön eingerichtetes 1-Zimmer Apartment, mit guter Ausstattung, ehemaliges Ladenlokal mit netter Terrasse in toller, ruhiger Lage. Apartment sollte zumindest separat von der 2. Wohnung im Haus abschließbar sein. Die Preisgestaltung war sicherlich der Corona Situation angepasst.

Ein liebevoll und hübsch eingerichtetes Einraum-Appartement. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Bei Bedarf waren die Vermieter sofort erreichbar. Schade ist, dass bei vorgegebener Abreise um 10.00 Uhr (im Portal ist 11.00 Uhr angegeben) die Spülmaschine ausgeräumt sein muss. Das ist zeitlich schwierig, da die Maschine ja nach dem Frühstück einige Zeit braucht. Das Ausräumen der Spülmaschine gehört für uns zur nicht gerade günstigen Endreinigung dazu. Aber wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Appartement.

Erholsame Tage am Meer

Super gemütliches Appartement in wunderschönem und vor allem ruhigen, kleinem Dorf. Wir haben die Woche Auszeit sehr genossen. Zur Straße vorne fehlte uns ein Vorhang, da die Straßenlampe Nachts sehr hell ist und im Bad eine bessere Beleuchtung - aber dies ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau😍. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
