Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, including the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the large dock with boat lift, finger pier, and extra deck for waterfront relaxation. Please note lift is not available until May, 2025. Boat is owners and not for guest access. The home also includes an outdoor shower, and grilling area. The property is just a short walk from the beach, offering easy access to the coast. The only area off limits to guests is the locked storage under the house and any lock inside that is locked for owners.

We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.

Had a wonderful stay at The BayHouse. We had 2 families consisting of 4 adults & 3 children (ages 4-9) and it was the perfect fit.We were able to catch plenty of bait fish off the dock (the kids were thrilled) and there was space to dock our 24 ft boat. We also swam and floated right off the dock. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Additional fridge in the laundry room was awesome! We will be staying again!
