Unit 014 - Beachwalk: Stay just steps away from the gulf in this 4BR/2BA home in the exclusive Desoto Landing gated community. In this beautiful, spacious home with modern touches, you'll appreciate having the boardwalk to the water with sitting bench, beach cart, shuffleboard court under the home, and tiled entry area & beach closet under the home. Upstairs you'll love the open living area with large flatscreen & sound system, dining for 6, and kitchen in the heart of it all. Fully-stocked kitchen offers granite island with sink, dishwasher and disposal, stainless steel appliances, electric range, and plenty of cabinets for storage. Master suite has large gulf-view windows, treyed ceilings, flatscreen tv, and writing desk for working or journaling. Master bath has double vanity, walk-in closet, whirlpool tub, stand shower, laundry chute, and water closet. Bedding in the house include a queen bed in each of the first three bedrooms, and a twin bunk and twin/trundle in the 4th. 2nd bedroom also has large window with gulf views. 4th bedroom has kid gear such as bumper bar and booster seat in closet. Flat screen tvs in all bedrooms. You'll love the extra touches in this home including a dry bar, dimmer lights in rooms, and the rustic dining chandelier. Gulfside deck is large and offers both shaded and sunning areas and built-in benches. Includes wifi, satellite, laundry facilities. Private enclosed outdoor shower and concrete drive and parking area under the home. Sleeping accommodations for ten guests maximum per the association policy.

Gated Community of Desoto Landing amenities include beachside pool with cabana, tennis court, children's recreation area, bike racks and beautiful sugar white sand beach.

No trailers, campers, boats, etc. may be parked at home at any time during the stay. Violators will be fined at the discretion of the HOA.

Saturday to Saturday reservations required during peak summer season. ADSFR Fishing Rodeo weekly rentals only.

Great location and easy access to beach!

This house has one of the best accesses to the beach in the neighborhood! House was just as described. Had loads of fun learning how to play shuffle board with everyone in our group! Will definitely try to rent this property in the future!

My families stay at Beachwalk was amazing. The house itself provided plenty of room for our party of 7 to enjoy our stay and the location could not have been any better. The short walk, along the boardwalk, was easy for children and grandparents alike to access the beach. The beach was amazing and felt like our own private beach. The house had everything and more that we needed during our vacation. The property management team was also top notch as they made check-in easy and checked on us as the week went on, especially when a pending storm was approaching. We would definitely recommend staying at the Beachwalk house.

Great Vacation

Property as.described on VRBO. First time staying in Dauphin Island, Alabama and would definitely consider coming back again. Beach was not crowded and was a short walk off the back porch. Community pool and tennis courts was also a short walk from the property. There.was 10 of us and we never felt crowded in this home. Something that I did not see listed when I was looking for a rental property was the mention of sand toys. This place was loaded with sand toys!!! Do be aware the charcoal grill at the time of our stay was on its last leg - very small and took a long time to cook anything on it. Otherwise this property was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing vacation right on the Gulf of Mexico.

Frat party next door ruined our first two nights

Thank goodness they were fairly agreeable once we talked to them and asked them to comply with noise codes. House is on a great lot and is roomy. Could use some attention to bath fixtures and lighting was needing replacements/repair. Tile floor sticky on each level. Really needs mopping.
