Great house!

House was great! Plenty of room!! Pool was great, and having the pool heat was great add on, since the cooler nights in January/Feb. only complaint I can think of is the mattress on the upstairs king was terrible and would recommend replacing. Everything else was great and convenient, would definitely recommend and stay in the future.

Roomy, but average

Although the home was in a very nice (gated 24/7) neighborhood and did meet most of our needs, our biggest complaint were the horrible mattresses. They all need replaced!! The bedding and pillows also need some attention. The bedroom ceilings are all set for ceiling fans, yet there are none. It was warm upstairs, even in October! Please consider changing out the shower curtain liners. Would you also consider providing some simple cleaning products? A bottle of windex and some toilet cleaner would be great. We get that home owners like to decorate for a "home-y" feel, but the artificial plants are collecting a ton of dust. Less (clutter) is best :) Finally, we were a bit disappointed that we needed to pay a lot of extra money to have warmer pool water. We shouldn't have to pay for a normal temp of pool water in the end of October!!! The pool table was a nice touch, but if we need to buy accessories to make be able to play, that is also disappointing. The pool table is not level either, so it made a game of pool very challenging.

House has a lot of potential

This house is huge and can accommodate a lot with its configuration. I did address with the property manager but the cleaning staff clearly didn’t take the job seriously and the upstairs beds all make horrendous noise getting in and out even with 40 lb kids. The master king bed upstairs is not usable there is a huge dip in the middle. Great neighborhood and distance to Disney wasn’t bad. Very safe guard gated community:

Okay for the money

House was nice and big with multiple sitting areas. The pool was very nice and used everyday. The biggest issue we had with this property was the mattress in the upstairs master bedroom was completely unacceptable. I had chosen the master downstairs and my friends the master upstairs. When we got there we saw how bad the mattress was with a huge dip in the center, lumps and very thin. We decided the only fair thing would be to wash sheets and switch rooms half way through so they could try to get sleep. By the last night I had to sleep on the couch bc the mattress was so bad. Some other issues were wifi didn't work while we were there (you have to reset router which we could not find since is not out in open and had to contact property manager to find it was hidden behind a plant) also to reach property manager you have to text bc voice-mail is full and we didn't get wifi fixed bc they have to come during business hours and we had things booked to do everyday so we couldn't bother with being at house. I unfortunately lost my phone on way home and with no wifi at house my vacation pictures were lost except those on social media. Also the game room is not level for pool table and too hot to use in the day. Had fun with the pool table regardless and arcade was fun. TV outside's screen is unwatchable.

House is as advertised

This house served our family of nine well. The house is as described. We had six adults, one teen and two under 10, from Washington state and NY state and there is room for all. Area was quite and within 25 minutes to parks. The only things I would say negatively would be
watch you step in the garage/game room. There is a step and it is not marked. And vents/fans need a good cleaning. Overall a great stay.

Plenty of space

We have 5 children, so space & cleanliness are important! We had a few issues that delayed our arrival, but the property manager was easy to work with. The neighborhood is quiet and the guarded gate gave us an additional sense of security. We would stay here again.

Great house with plenty of space and not too far from the Disney parks.

We had 3 families there for a week. Everyone had their own space. It was so much nicer than a hotel room. We would stay again.

Ample room

Easy check-in. No hangers in any of the rooms on arrival but that was quickly taken care of by one of the turnaround staff. I was a bit surprised to see the mold in the bathrooms, shower curtains and shower grout , as written-up by a previous renter had not been addressed. The house worked very well for our needs but is in need of a complete inside paint job and deep cleaning.

Stay was ok.

We arrived all was ok. For two days had no hot water for the residence. Someone came out and looked at it and said it was fixed but it was not. I had to call manager and get them to come back out which was that morning. The toilet were not clean. The master bedroom bed was broke. The heat worked only in some of the bedrooms upstairs. The toilet was leaking in lower bedroom bathroom had to come and fix. There was mold in the showers. The bed sheets were not change found hair in the bed. During washing clothes the wash machine broke. Very nice house maid service was unacceptable.
