We are centrally located between downtown Davenport and The Village, and across the street from The Renwick Mansion, with views of the Mississippi River

For entertainment, there is a pool table, ping pong table, an 8'x8' HOT TUB on a 650sqft wrap-around deck, outdoor grill, and plenty of space for your friends and family.
You have access to the entire home, including a 0.5 acre lot and a 600 square foot wraparound deck.
