Ascending upstairs, an opulent room awaits, boasting a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring indulgent relaxation.Prepare to be charmed as you discover the third and fourth bedrooms, adorned with comfortable queen beds and twin bunk beds. These delightful spaces offer the perfect blend of comfort and adventure, accommodating both tranquility and lively moments. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this townhome provides ample sleeping arrangements to suit everyone's needs.

Take a dip in the large screened pool or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun.

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Home was clean and as described in listing. The area was nice and safe. Great for families. The poo! at the home was clean. We opted not to heat the pool and was a comfortable temp for the end of September. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels for 3 adults and 2 children.

We love champions gate and a townhouse gives us the space and feel of a villa which is great! And having our own pool was awesome! It had been raining quite hard that past week and a couple days into our stay, the master bedroom ceiling began to leak. We immediately called the emergency number for our rental and they had someone to our rental within 10 min. Within an hour they had already arranged for us to move into a different rental. It was very comparable to what we had initially and the property management was SUPER prompt and professional!!!! All we had to do is stop at the gate to get new parking pass and that was it!! They even gave us pool heat at no extra cost!! We will definitely recommend IHM Vacations and stay with them again!! Thank you!!!!

Memorial Weekend Family Staycation at Champions Gate – A Relaxing Getaway!

We had a wonderful family staycation at the Champions Gate property over Memorial Weekend (our 1st vacation rental experience). The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We especially enjoyed the private pool and access to the community clubhouses. The peaceful atmosphere and resort-style amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The communication with the property manager was pleasant, friendly, and timely. Everything we needed was conveniently available, and the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions whenever we felt like a little adventure. It was truly the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the quality time spent together. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable escape!Minor Recommendations:‱Consider adding full-body mirrors in the common areas or bedrooms.‱Sunlight-blocking curtains would be great for those who prefer to sleep in.‱An upgrade to the living room furniture may be needed soon, as it’s starting to show some wear.

We enjoyed our accommodations here. It was spacious and clean. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and i worried it wouldn't be warm enough with the recent cooler temps in Florida but it was nice and warm. We had a great stay.

Nice but missing amenities.

The house was as described. Unfortunately, there were some small things that would’ve gone a long way into making our trip a little bit better. For example, there is absolutely nothing in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper. Having to buy basic necessities for the house, to be able to cook, took away from the limited time we had together. The kitchen only had one dish towel, no sponges, just a dirty scrub brush. We had to rewash the dishes by hand because they looked very filmy. One of the bedrooms, it was obvious the sheets had not been cleaned because they smelled of the last person who rented it, her perfume.

Everything was nice and clean. They only give you two towels and one washcloth per bathroom. No Kleenex. The listing shows it close to The Providence Golf Club which was the only reason we came to the area. If you want to be in Champions Gate this would be perfect for you.

Awesome family vacation

Brought the kids down for the second year in a row to go to Legoland. The property was clean, everything was in great order and the location is great. The amenities of the community included a water park and the clubhouse with lazy river. Me and my family had a wonderful time!

Give me a breaker

The house in general was fine and the location and Oasis Club are great. What lead me to give a lower score was the fact that the freezer did not freeze our recently purchased ice cream or ice packs that were needed to support our cooler for our day trips. Also the biggest issue was the breaker that supported the back bedrooms and back bathroom kept tripping. This tripping continued up until our diparture which made it difficult to pack when our stay had ended. We had called management several times for the freezer and breaker. They adjusted the freezer temp and reset the breaker when they came. I noticed that the breaker light flashed 6 times indicating it needed to be replaced. The freezer/refrigerator either needs a replacement or recharge and compressor service.

Great Family Trip

Overall we had a great time. The host was super responsive and the home looked just like the listing. The check in process was easy and the house was clean. The only thing I didn’t realize was that the resort pool/splash pad was outside of the gated community and was about a 2 mile drive. Besides that, everything was great!

Championsgate townhome

Pros: the property was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable for our party. It was near I-4, Publix and shopping. Cons: HORRIBLE check-in process. No indication of where check-in was occurring. After waiting in a line of cars for an hour, got to the point where there was a security guard who then told us we were in the wrong line. He sent us around the block to another line for another hour. Nearly 2 hours later we made it to the property, ONLY to find that the A/C unit was not working and would not turn on. Had to call the property manager who said they would send maintenance in 25-30 minutes. At almost midnight, we got some relief and were able to get to rest. Only because of the check-in process, I would NOT recommend this property to anyone, let alone stay in Championsgate area again.

What a neat place

The property was so meticulously decorated and clean so the first impressions were great. Loved the virtual concierge that is available with information anytime. The family's favorite amenity was the clubhouse. We all felt like we were at an all-inclusive resort. Food and service was top notch and the facilities were clean and fun. They even hosted a Bingo game while we were there. 100% recommended
