Absolutely beautiful home, very spacious and well kept - nicest rental I have ever stayed in. All six kids loved the pool and game room. Great area with lots of friendly neighbors.The only negative was that the beds are very creaky, which woke us up.

First and second impressions were just WOW! This place was amazing! We loved staying here. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt comfortable and at home. The house was beautifully decorated, and it had everything we needed — kitchen equipment, towels, and bed linen.The pool area was lovely; we spent many hours out there. The gym was well-equipped, and we used it regularly.The house was a great base during the eight days we spent in the area. It was close to shopping and the sightseeing trips we went on. We loved staying here!Juan was very service-minded and responded quickly to our many questions. Thank you for letting us stay in the house. We highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again, next time we Will be in the area.

Perfect family vacation Home

Me and my family do an annual Florida trip and this Joe was perfect for everyone. Every room has their own bathroom, very clean and spacious. We had a minor issue with the pool but the owner was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Will definitely book again in the future. Thank you

Amazing

Very satisfied with the booking process& communication from the owner. All was as expected, especially when I came across with an issue with the BBQ grill and the owner replaced it within the hour. That was amazing and very grateful for that.

Awesome family home

Our Florida vacation was fantastic! The main attraction was the large, warm pool! Plenty of loungers and seating. The layout upstairs allowed us to separate families with children from those without. Issues with the house were mostly quickly resolved, with the exception of the leaking shower in the primary suite bathroom. It needs to be addressed before the next rental. If we’d known in advance that the plumbing was prone to clogging, we would have avoided buying Costco bathroom tissue, saving us a trip to return it. A few items were missing (sheet pan, bbq brush) but mostly the home was well equipped. The host, Juan was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Great house, great vacay.

Overall the house was great, clean, and had plenty of space for all the family. Check-in was easy. All necessary kitchen appliances and dinnerware were at the home. Love the game room. Plenty of towels. We stayed for 7 days. Our only issue was the two master beds, they are not comfortable and the noise that either the mattress or box spring make is loud! We could not move all night because it would wake my toddler! It was a great stay but honestly be prepared to be soar or not sleep well. We ended up sleeping in the floor, way more comfortable then the beds.

Wonderful

The first thing my husband said when we walked in was that this house was too nice for us, lol. It is so big and roomy. We are a family of 6, and everyone had their own room and bathroom. Pool was a great size and lots of room for all of us to sit and lay out. BBQ was great we have stayed at homes that didnt have one and really missed it. Jaun was quick to reply to every question we had. Would recommend this home.

Beautiful home and great location

Our stay was memorable and we had a great time. Property is spacious, well maintained, clean and comfortable. However, it was missing some key staples which we expected to find upon arrival. We are regular VRBO guests worldwide and are experienced in staying in others' homes. This property lacked what are generally considered 'basics': hand soap, oven gloves, baking trays, sponges, kitchen towel, cleaning products, rolling pin, dish detergent, laundry powder, shampoo/conditioner or shower gel, tissues, oil, vinegar, enough wine glasses or silverware for the size of property... the list goes on! When we arrived, there was a dead mouse and frog in the pool and we spent nearly half an hour cleaning out the filthy grill from previous tenants in which a plastic brush had been left and melted into the grill base. We spent a considerable amount of money getting 'set up' with basics to live there for a week so that we could comfortably celebrate Christmas as a family of 11. Nothing we purchased could be brought with us because of luggage restrictions on flights, so we pretty much set the house up for the next guests to have a great experience on our dime. That aside, everything else was wonderful. Location is perfect, home is secure and spacious and the owner was wonderful to work with. Friendly, responsive and accommodating. I wish I could give it a 5-star review but the amount of items we had to buy just to get set up was extraordinary and unreasonable for such a luxurious property

Great vacation. Home

Check in was easy,home was clean and contact with host was easy and he responded quickly. My only suggestion would be to offer cleaning products so we can clean up a bit after ourselves. Also there was no cooking pans for in oven. We had to go out and find baking sheets for oven. Overall we had an amazing big vacation and would definitely return here.

Perfect Orlando Getaway

Located in Davenport which made it a quiet and private location. We found multiple routes to Disney that avoided getting onto I-4. The house backs up to natural Florida land which made it nice to enjoy the pool and back deck even more. Juan was an excellent host and VERY responsive when needed. House was beautiful with walk in showers everywhere. The king suites also had garden tubs. Really great stay!!
