The house is great, large bedrooms with huge comfortable beds, overall great value, could use a couple of upgrades, carpets have seen better days, washing machine broke down mid-stay & definitely needs new pots & pans. But overall loved the house & location.

The house fit five adult men comfortably on the second floor, each with their own bathroom. The host was very responsive from start to finish. The house is kept clean and is conveniently located to stores and restaurants.

I stayed at this property with my friends for a week and we enjoyed our stay! Our favorite part was the pool. I definitely recommend paying the extra for it to be heated if you can. It made it so much better during the nights. The property manager was extremely easy to contact when we needed to add one of the guests to get a gate pass. The house was very clean and the pictures were accurate. The neighborhood is nice and it’s not a bad drive to the theme parks. I would definitely stay here again!

Pictures are pretty accurate. The pool was refreshing, but, the hot tub never got hot. Warm at the most. The wifi was very sketchy. Did not know how to work the music throughout the house.All the rooms were clean.The biggest problem was the toilets. One did not flush. But, the host did send a plumber over quickly. Unfortunately, we were not able to use it again. It had other problems.It wasnt great with an elderly person to go up and down the stairs everytime to use a bathroom.But, it was nice each room has its own.I did have to ask for early check-in 4 times. Didnt get an answer from the host at all. I found out when my cc was charged. Communication with the host was poor.We were celebrating a bday, so we didnt let our problems affect our time there.

Place was as seen in the pictures. Property management was responsive when called upon. Not sure if there's a separate package for heating the jacuzzi because it wasn't hot but, it was still a nice options. If you plan to use the kitchen. I suggest you use disposable pans and bake things. Not very good cookware and utensils are poor in quality. This is only based off my personal needs as I do love to cook. It is only my personal opinion that, if it were my own I'd provide better suited cookware and utensils. Other than that what's given to use will still get the job done. I actually bought a skillet and new chef's knife and left it for the following guests. We were hoping for at minimum a gas grill but I'm not sure if the property is allowed or if it's just a hazard they're trying to avoid. Place was very beautiful. Game room in garage needs an update and in the summer it's pretty hot and stuffy in there. Needs better ventilation or cooling system in that particular area. The living room TV is a good size but the bedroom tvs are way too small. Not even like small but super small. I'm a TV person that likes to be in the room at times and it was difficult to watch a simple program cause the rooms are of good size especially the master but the TV was like for 5yr olds. I cannot say how the other mattresses felt but the master was a bit worn. Still slept good but, could use an updated newer mattress especially for a vacation home. That's something to rotate.

great bang for your buck

The house was a great rental. Extremely spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. Checking in had a small delay as we weren't on the list at the guard shack, but after calling the rental company it was fixed in about 10 minutes. the day after we arrived I got a text from the rental co. asking if we needed anything. I told them the toaster didn't work but it wasn't life and death but if they wanted to get us a new one they could (didn't) that was the only 2 complaints ( super minor) I would definately 100% stay here again.

Hospitality at its finest

We are so grateful that this house had all of the amenities our family needed. We chose to stay outside of the beaten path to enjoy our family time and it was a wonderful choice. Close to Publix, Dunkin, and all we needed when we needed it.

The house was itself was perfect, nice outdoor space pool and hot tub were clean had a lot of fun in, location was great very quiet very relaxing, kitchen living room sitting arias were very nice lots of room for the 10 of us the coffee maker didn’t work no big deal we went to Publix bought one hope the next guest can enjoy it, frying pans were honestly garage should be replaced the beds were absolutely awful mattresses should be replaced but over all we really enjoyed would go if the mattresses were replaced there are to many places to choose from to sleep on worn mattresses like those.

GREAT PLACE!!!

We all agreed that the toilets need to be more the senior ones. Everyone was very nice!! The Security Guard was Awesome!!!!! In my party there was a 95, 84, and 4 of us that were 59 year old. We did have some problems with the hot tub with the water draining out. They came and got it running again, but found out if you stay in it for a long time it likes to drain but did come back up. We enjoyed the property and would stay here again if we need a big house everyone enjoyed the house, pool, and all the room!!!! Communication was awesome!!! I had many people stopping by but no parties, we just did hair and makeup for my son’s wedding!!!
