What an unexpected find! I had never heard of this chain before but it was in a good area and the price was great so I thought I'd give it a try and I'm so glad that I did! Everything was great from the start. Staff was friendly and room was clean. But the BED, so SO comfy. I would definitely stay at this property again and will keep this chain in mind for future trips. Highly recommend

Not what we expected

We knew there was a full kitchen but we weren’t told to bring our own dishes, pots and pans, utensils or coffee filters. There was no body wash in the shower (it wasn’t filled), there were a few hairs on our bath towels, and the bed was not comfortable. We didn’t tell the front desk because every time we went down there, there was nobody at the desk. We were looking forward to staying here based on the wonderful reviews, but we won’t be staying in a My Place hotel again.

First time staying with this hotel chain. Spacious, clean room and bathroom with a full size fridge, microwave and stove. Comfortable bed, quiet, secure. Very reasonably priced. We will be looking specifically for a My Place hotel next time we travel. Excellent!

This was by far my favorite stay on our cross-country trip. The room is almost like a studio apartment. We had a queen room with a recliner, the kitchenette featured a full sized fridge/freezer with an ice machine, as well as a two burner stovetop. In the lobby you can purchase snacks and other travel necessities. The bed was very comfortable and overall we had a great stay! I would highly recommend this hotel for an extended stay if you're wanting to explore the Davenport area.

I asked for a room on the top floor away from people. I did not get that then they give me a room right next to the noisiest people in the hotel room and they would not quiet those people down so I did not get a good night sleep it was the most horrible Experience staying in a hotel I’ve had.
