Located just 6 miles (approximately 20 minutes) from Walt Disney World’s Main Gate and close to the renowned Champions Gate golf club, this home is ideally situated for exploring Orlando’s world-famous attractions. With easy access to I-4, you’re just 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport and about an hour from Florida’s stunning Gulf and Atlantic beaches.


Owning a Florida villa has always been a dream, and in August 2016, that dream came true. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew this was a special place. We’ve created a warm, family-friendly retreat and are excited to share it with you.

Spacious & Accessible Layout
This single-level property is thoughtfully designed to be accessible for all guests. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to nine people. The layout includes two master suites with private bathrooms, a shared family bathroom, and an additional outdoor shower and WC for convenience when enjoying the pool area.

Living Spaces Designed for Comfort
Step through the grand front door and into a welcoming, open-plan living area. The main lounge features three stylish brown leather recliners, each seating two and perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. A 58" HD LED Smart TV with cable (over 100 channels), Blu-ray player, and a library of DVDs ensures entertainment for all ages. Docking stations and plug-in speaker options are available throughout the living space.
Adjacent to the main lounge is a second, more tranquil sitting area with two comfortable sofas—ideal for reading, chatting, or simply relaxing away from screens.

Dining & Kitchen Amenities
The dining area includes a marble-topped table that seats six, plus two stools at the breakfast bar for casual meals. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring:

• Electric hob and oven
• Built-in microwave
• Dishwasher and waste disposal unit
• Full range of cookware, utensils, and appliances
A separate utility room houses a top-loading washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, and clothes airer—everything you need for a longer stay.

Through the utility room, you'll find the garage converted into a vibrant Gators-themed games room. Enjoy evenings of fun with:

We also provide golf clubs (please request in advance), tennis rackets, an ice box, and folding chairs for your outings.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Master Suite 1

This luxurious suite features a US king-sized bed with elegant wooden furnishings, sliding doors to the pool deck, and a private corridor leading to a spacious bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, corner bath, large double shower, and separate WC. A walk-in dressing room offers ample storage, a personal safe, and a 43" wall-mounted Roku TV.

Master Suite 2

Decorated in soothing lilac tones, this second master bedroom includes a US queen-sized bed, vanity unit, large bath, separate shower, and WC. It also features a wall-mounted TV, digital alarm clock, hairdryer, and plenty of storage.

Bedroom 3

Perfect for kids or teens, this room is decorated in turquoise and features a double bed with a single bunk above, accessed via sturdy built-in steps. Includes a built-in wardrobe, drawers, digital alarm clock, and a TV with DVD player.

Bedroom 4

This twin room includes two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, drawer space, a TV and a digital clock radio.

Shared Bathroom
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a family bathroom with a bath/shower combo, sink, and toilet.

Climate Comfort

The villa is air-conditioned throughout the living areas (garage/games room excluded). Florida’s sub-tropical climate means summer temperatures may not drop below 75°F, even with the AC running. Ceiling fans help circulate air, and a dehumidifier near the front door adds comfort during humid months. We kindly ask guests not to set the thermostat lower than 75°F to avoid system damage.

Outdoor Living

Florida living is all about enjoying the outdoors, and our villa makes it easy. The oversized lanai spans nearly the full length of the house, offering a shaded retreat with:
• Hexagonal dining table (seats 6)
• Two sun loungers and two reclining chairs with footstools
• Ceiling fan for added comfort
• Outdoor shower and separate WC
• Gas BBQ available for hire (small weekly charge)
The pool area is enclosed by a removable safety fence for child safety and includes a generously sized pool and a relaxing Jacuzzi spa. Pool/spa heating is available for a daily charge.

Security & Peace of Mind

For added security, we’ve installed Blink video cameras at the driveway, front passageway and over the pool equipment. These do not have visibility into the property nor the pool deck area, ensuring your privacy while offering peace of mind.
