Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was undercooked. Paying for a swimming pool isnt good for a hotal and should be included in the price. We oaid exoected the place to be clean. The pool had broken tiles on the floor and a scum marks around the waterline. I scatched it and it came off so its not staining,its filth. We paid 10 pounds per person to swim in a dirty pool...would not recommend

Really enjoyed our stay but the only negativity is that the bedroom walls could do with being soundproofed better ( we stayed valentine's night!) and the bathroom needs a bit of tlc

A nice stay with a small pool

Very nice room and comfy bed. Good standard of decoration apart from some poor paintwork in bathroom. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. The pool is small, meaning that the number of swimmers is limited, I had a short wait. It was popular with families with young children. Small sauna was nice.

A Just below average stay

Ordered a meal from the bar Sunday evening. Only half of the constituents of the salad were there. Didn't realise until I checked the menu upon returning to room. Raised it with front desk on checking out next morning. Half cost of meal returned, but wouldn't pay out in cash which is what I paid with. Their excuse was it was the previous days cash |!!!. Also they had a lot of trouble locating someone to authorise. Reported at 09.00 not sorted until 12.20. Poor customer service..
