The bright and comfortable apartment located in the heart of Davos and is integrated with the 4-star Hotel Europe. The Hotel services can optionally (mostly for free) are used (swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, solarium, massage, restaurant, bar, elevator, safe, ski storage, concierge service, Wi-Fi in the hotel sector, etc.).
The very well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment is on the third Floor and has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bath, a living room with foldaway bed and possible extra bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher / stove / oven / fridge / freezer / toaster / coffee maker and a separate toilet The balcony in east direction offers a wonderful sunrise overlooking the Jakobshorn.
There is also in the third Stock a laundry room with washer and dryer, which can be used free of charge.
In addition, the apartment belonging to the underground car park can be rented. Direct public access to all the ski areas is right outside the hotel, tours are free of charge with a valid ski pass.
Furthermore, you are more than 330 km mountain bike trails, numerous hiking trails and the new 18-hole golf course in site.

The very nicely equipped apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a bedroon with a king size bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a living and dining room with a foldaway bed and a possible additional bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher / stove / oven / fridge / freezer / toaster / coffee machine, a toilet and a balcony with separate view to the beautiful Jacob Horn mountain.
There is therefore a washing machine and a dryer on the 3rd floor did can be used for free.

We came to Davos to watch Spengler Cup hockey and this apartment was in an ideal location at a reasonable price for this...very walkable from train station to the apartment and then on to the ski areas and the arena. As others have noted, you can hear the late-night noise from the street...as this is located adjacent to various bars/nightclubs (and we were there over New Years Eve).

Meine Frau und ich hatten eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche in Davos! Herrlicher Sonnenschein und perfekte Pisten - Pulverschnee noch im MĂ€rz. Die Ferienwohnung ist fĂŒr zwei Personen mit Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer optimal. Sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet - man fĂŒhlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Alles da, was man braucht, WLAN funktioniert auch sehr gut. Traumhafter Blick vom Wohnzimmer / Balkon ĂŒber die DĂ€cher der Stadt auf das Jakobshorn. Zentrale Lage im Ort, FrĂŒhstĂŒck kauft man in coop pronto im gleichen Haus unten. Viele GeschĂ€fte ganz in der NĂ€he, zum Jakobshorn geht man zu Fuß, zur Parsenn mit dem Bus - Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Super nette und professionelle Betreuung der Vermieterin vor und wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs! WohnungsschlĂŒssel und Tiefgaragenkarte bekommt man ĂŒber einen SchlĂŒsselsafe, den man einfach mit einem Code öffnen kann. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-/LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis, wir kommen beim nĂ€chsten Urlaub in Davos sicher wieder hierher!

Tolle, sehr zentrale Ferienwohnung direkt an der Promenade!

Die Ferienwohnung ist dem Hotel Europe angeschlossen und liegt direkt an der Promenade. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt gegenĂŒber, ein kleiner COOP ist ebenfalls ums Eck. Die Ferienwohnung war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber und fĂŒr drei Erwachsene und ist mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet (nur ein Wasserkocher fĂŒr Tee wĂ€re noch wĂŒnschenswert ;-). Positiv zu erwĂ€hnen sind die zwei BĂ€der, jeweils eins En-Suite und ein GĂ€ste-WC mit Waschbecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, man hat sich - trotz Altbau - gleich wohl und wie Zuhause gefĂŒhlt. Das Hotel bietet ebenalls einen kleinen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Hallenbad (haben wir nicht genutzt), eine Piano-Bar und eine kostenlose Fahrt auf die Schatzalp (pro Person/Aufenthalt). Frau Dedora war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns prompt weitergeholfen - einen Fön gibt es ĂŒbrigens an der Rezeption wie Sie mir beigebracht hat ;-) Die Betten waren fĂŒr unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich, aber sehr sauber und mit guter BettwĂ€sche ausgestattet. Ein Manko hat die Fewo leider: Durch die zentrale lage ist der Verkehr bei geöffnetem Fenster (!) doch sehr störend. Hinzu kommt, dass es im gleichen GebĂ€ude zwei Clubs/Bars gibt, die ĂŒber's Wochenende und an bestimmten Wochentagen geöffnet haben und Nachts bei offenem Fenster nur mit Ohrstöpseln einigermaßen zu ertragen waren. Bei viel Schnee im Ort wohl weniger ein Problem - wir hatten leider damit etwas zu schaffen. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und wer nicht so lĂ€rmempfindlich ist wie wir, ist hier wirklich wunderbar aufgehoben.
