Excellent value hotel!

Staff was very accommodating. Free off street parking was most welcome. Excellent location for toro stadium, football and rugby. Located on the scenic river and across from a top notch southern French restaurant that served us a full, four course meal at 12:00am. The hotel room was set up as a studio with kitchen. Exterior a bit dated but excellent value. Would stay there again on our travels.

HĂŽtel trop bruyant (rue)

SĂ©jour de 4 nuits (tourisme, pas de cure). Points positifs : - Situation centre ville - Les chambres sont propres, coin cuisine OK - AccĂšs Ă  Canal+ Points nĂ©gatifs: - Le BRUIT. Mauvaise insonorisation des fenĂȘtres et pas de volets (les persiennes en bois sont difficiles d'accĂšs et de toutes façons ne couperaient pas ou peu le bruit). Nous avons eu une premiĂšre chambre sur la rue : Ă  refuser ! Notre deuxiĂšme Ă©tait sur le cĂŽtĂ©, face au Splendid. Un peu mieux mais on entend quand mĂȘme beaucoup le bruit des voitures, camions... - Parking : on nous "donne" une carte pour le parking public des berges de l'Adour, au pied de l'hĂŽtel mais Ă  notre sortie, nous devons rĂ©gler une cinquantaine d'euros... Aucune information prĂ©alable sur le fait que le parking Ă©tait payant ! - Pas de mĂ©nage quotidien comme indiquĂ© dans le descriptif - A noter dans les chambres que l'on a eues : un trou dans le mur important derriĂšre le chevet et un montant de baie vitrĂ©e entiĂšrement dĂ©boitĂ© Conclusion : personnellement nous ne reviendrons pas ici et dĂ©conseillons en raison du bruit de la rue

Sympathique pour une nuit, la dĂ©coration de l’hĂŽtel est assez particuliĂšre, on a un peu l’impression d’ĂȘtre dans une prison, mais sinon la chambre Ă©tait chouette ! Déçu du dĂ©jeuner qui n’est pas en buffet.

Les chambres, quelque peu vétustes, sont meublées type hopital, avec du vieux mobilier métallique. Le personnel à la reception n'est pas spécialement agréable. Je ne renouvellerai pas l'experience, meme pour une nuit de passage.

Propre mais c'est tout...

RĂ©ceptionniste pressĂ©e de partir. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s vers 18h30 et elle avait dĂ©jĂ  quasiment tout fermĂ© parce que c'Ă©tait calme... Impossible de rĂ©server un petit dĂ©jeuner pour le lendemain parce qu'ils sont rĂ©servĂ©s Ă  l'avance... 18h30 pour rĂ©server un petit dĂ©jeuner dans hĂŽtel et rĂ©ception fermĂ©e Ă  19h je trouve cela un peu tĂŽt. Je comprends que ce sont principalement des curistes qui font des sĂ©jours d'une ou plusieurs semaines mais alors ne louez pas des chambres Ă  la nuit comme un hĂŽtel classique si vous ne pouvez pas assurer les services d'un vrai hĂŽtel. Hormis la propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable les chambres sont vieillottes avec des meubles en acier. Les tiroirs font un bruit d'enfer quand on les ouvre. Les toilettes sont trop petites quand on est grand. La salle de bain est correcte. Nous ne nous sommes pas servi du coup kitchenette mais il avait l'air assez bien Ă©quipĂ©. Le gros soucis pour nous Ă©tait la literie. Les matelas sont totalement dĂ©formĂ©s. De plus la fenĂȘtre ne fermait pas totalement, pas hermĂ©tiquement on va dire et nous avons entendu les gens des bars de la rue jusqu'Ă  une certaine heure de la nuit.
