Downtown Retro Retreat

The best property in Downtown Dayton. Cozy two story loft located right in the Oregon District. Remodeled, all new furniture. Downstairs hosts a full kitchen, living room, TV, Wifi, game area, full bathroom. Beautiful spiral staircase leads upstairs to a cozy loft that hosts a game room, darts, ping pong table, bedroom, bar, and plenty of room to have fun. Ambiance lighting throughout, and lounge chairs outside. You really don’t want to miss this one, perfect location and perfect hang out spot.

Located right off of the main strip in Dayton, known as the Oregon District. Full of lively entertainment, amazing restaurants, diverse bars, local shops. Scooters and bikes available by the city are always around. Ubers everywhere. Right centered downtown, if you need any additional fun, you are 10-15 minutes of any shopping mall, park, or venue your heart desires.

You have access to back parking, and any street parking available on site. Laundry room, full kitchen, bathrooms, etc. are all open for your use respectfully.

Just what we were looking for
A group of friends and I rented this space for Halloween weekend! We wanted a place where we could walk from so no one had to drive. It was the perfect location and the directions to get into the property were super easy to understand. Yes it’s an older building once you’re in the apt you don’t even notice. The apt was super pretty clean and well kept. The upstairs was a fun place to hang out and get ready. Surprising quiet (although we did get back extremely late) no hassel clean up at the end of the stay! Already looking to book again

The property is walkable to restaurants and bars. It’s also a quick Uber ride to and from the University of Dayton. We’ve stayed at this apartment a number of times and it’s always been a good fit for us. We stayed once with friends and the bathroom is in the bedroom so it’s a little awkward if you don’t know the other couple well and need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Totally fine for our family though! The hosts are quick to respond and are very helpful! Definitely recommend this property:)

Misrepresented property in a building that should be condemned. To put it simply, this is akin to a college frat pad and the layout, as well as the condition of the property, reflects this. Mattresses heavily stained. Old food in fridge. Mold and musty smell throughout. Rented this for two days. Spent an hour inside and had to look for lodging elsewhere for another guest and I and paid to stay two days in a hotel down the street. Would not recommend staying here unless you are looking for a place to party where the guests dont care about anything but having a place to crash that night after they pass out…
