Beautifully Decorated Quiet Retreat with Firepit

This quiet retreat is praised for its cleanliness, comfortable beds and cute BOHO inspired design. With over an acre of land and mature trees, you will enjoy a peaceful and private stay. The circular driveway provides ample room for parking and easy access in and out.

You will stay connected with reliable high-speed internet and enjoy entertainment on the 2 large TVs, perfect for streaming or remote work. While a variety of great local and chain restaurants are within a short distance from the house, you can also stay in for a home-cooked meal using the well-equipped kitchen. Alternatively, fire up the BBQ and grill-up your favorite dishes before relaxing by the firepit under the stars (wood provided).

With comfy mattresses, plush linens and modern amenities, you will enjoy a restful nights sleep. We want your stay to include all the comforts of home and have included things like: soft blankets so you can get cozy on the couch to watch a movie (we even have the popcorn!), shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in the shower, and a Keurig with coffee pods, cream and sugar.

We have easy and secure Schlage electronic locks for your entry into the property.

The home was just as described, clean, beautiful, and so comfortable! Exactly what our family needed. The host was so easy to communicate with and even reached out to us with a concern right off when our reservation was flagged for clarification instead of canceling our reservation! We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Very convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Also close to Cedarville University!

Overall an amazing stay! The beds were so comfy and the house is very cute. Communication with the host was great. Overall a great stay!If I am being VERY picky, I have 2 very minor complaints. 1) the shower could have been a little cleaner with soap scum and hard water spots. And 2) the home decor was not very family friendly with lots of breakable items on bottom shelves and many places. But like I said, very minor things and did not effect a 5 star stay, but something the host could consider improving on!

If you’re looking for a safe, relaxing, quiet getaway in Dayton, this is your place!! I’ve been traveling to Dayton since August to visit my daughter at college, and I grew tired of staying in loud, crowded hotels. I decided to give this place a try on my last visit, and I can honestly say I’ve found my home away from home! Walking in, the house felt brand new as it is the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood, in a beautiful, safe area close to restaurants, shops, and everything you need! The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is full of everything you need to cook entire meals. The fire pit was my favorite feature, and I love that the firewood was provided! The host is very responsive and helpful, which was so reassuring and appreciated. I hope to stay here again during my future visits to Dayton! Thank you for a most relaxing and enjoyable time!

Extended family gathering

Attention to detail - there were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and Renee was incredibly quick to address all issues. I have been to Beavercreek multiple times to visit family and have found very few places to stay with our whole family and this one was by far the best. It is comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The location is great, being close to the walking/running path and a fun pizza place, both within walking distance. I can’t say enough good things!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great location: a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a pizza place and and ice cream place! The hot tub was great - I wish we had used it more during our stay. There was a lot of open green space in the back - but no fenced yard (fyi if traveling with young children). All of the beds were super comfortable. There were some nicknacks and plants in the living room that I moved up higher so my toddler wouldn’t break them, but overall it was a comfortable place to be with kids! We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall the house is great. The beds are comfortable . The hot tub I did not use due to the water inside it being green.. yuck!! The water supply in the house has a very strong smell.. I’m guessing it’s well water.. not sure if there’s much that can be done to improve that. When doing a load of laundry be aware the dryer timer is broken.. the dryer does not turn off on it’s own it will just keep running forever. Also would have been nice to have a toaster.
