The hosts are very nice, helpful and give all the information you need about the property. The pools and hot tubs are heated and are in great shape. We had a wonderful stay here.

Great place, great location!

Great place to stay in Daytona! Property was clean and ready to go when we arrived early. All was as described, and well appointed including Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Enjoyed our stay!

The hosts were prompt to communicate. The room was fine. I appreciated being on the 9th floor.Being wakened in the night with loud cars and a lot of traffic on the main street was not the best part of the location.It was also less than wondrous to be overlooking the rooftops and mechanical systems. Instead of hearing the ocean at night, we heard the constant sound of a/c units.Being just a pleasant walk to the ocean edge (sunrises) was really wonderful.

Close to everything

We stayed here for a week and even with storm damage the beach is just steps away. We were able to do Disney as well a couple days and bed was amazing after a long day. So many great restaurants close by as well across the street from a Walgreens and publix. Would definitely stay here and will be back.

The unit was amazing, we could tell the owners took pride in maintaining a clean condo. Everything you needed was there. To be honest all we needed to pack is a toothbrush and our clothes.

Great fully Equipped Apartment

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The communication from the owners was excellent, and they provided clear, helpful information that made parking and check-in a breeze. The apartment is fully equipped—no, really—it has all the comforts of home and then some. The location is perfect, with restaurants and bars nearby to suit all tastes. Highly recommend.

I Loved This Condo!

Our condo was clean, had kitchen supplies, beach supplies, and cleaning supplies! All we needed was food and bathing suits. It was very comfortable and secure. We’re planning our trip for next yr at this same location!

The whole process of communicating with the host while booking, getting questions answered within an hour, etc... What my husband and I really appreciated was our flight arrived much earlier than the check in time, luckily enough after informing the Host of our flight arrival, we were able to check into the unit a few hrs earlier. The unit was super clean, excellent view from the 9th floor. To be able to cook a simple quick meal in the kitchenette saved us some money with meals. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance to eat at, the convenience of the shopping plaza across the street to get groceries and other basic essentials if needed. Given the recent hurricanes, and repairs around the building, there were plenty of things to do locally. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the unit. We are definitely planning on returning in August or September. Much thanks and appreciation to Bert and Laureen.

Condo on the Beach

Although the weather didn’t cooperate
we throughly enjoyed our stay. The room was as advertised and we were pleasantly surprised coffee was provided. There is a mall right across the street that has a Publix and many other stores and restaurants are close by. We hope, for those who live there, the remaining hurricane damages are fixed soon. It is a very lovely beach and area. We will be back to Daytona again! đŸ€—

Cozy room

We really enjoyed this room. The host was quick to respond when I reached out them. My favorite part of the room is how big the bathroom was. It is perfect for a family of 3-4. The host has beach chairs and umbrella available for guest to use. This was helpful when we were traveling. I did notice boogie boards and some toys as well in the closet. The balcony, does open, and we were able to watch the July 4th fireworks from our room. We loved it.

Great room!

I would like to thank the owners of this room. Very clean and cozy apartment. That apartment has everything you would need while staying. The owners went beyond and above to fulfill all your needs! When I needed to contact the owner, they responded quickly, and helped me to solve my issue. I highly recommend that unit for your stay. Thanks again!!
