DBR True Oceanfront 3'rd Floor King Suite, private balcony, spectacular views!

Update on Resort Amenities as of 11/14/2025: We are happy to announce the North outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and gym are now open! The parking garage is currently closed for maintenance. Plenty of parking is available in the auxiliary parking lot located adjacent to the resort (South side). Limited parking is available in front of the resort.

“A Room With a View”. This 3'rd floor oceanfront suite is located at the Daytona Beach Resort. The private balcony offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee along with the beautiful sunrise. The Condo features a King bed, sofa, power recliner, and 50” smart HDTV. A full-sized dresser and two nightstands offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, solid surface 2 burner stove top, coffee maker (traditional 12 cup pot/single serve K-Cup combination) a toaster, and a large sink. We supply a variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. for your cooking and dining needs.

The bathroom features a spacious countertop, large mirror and a tub/shower combination. Guest laundry rooms are available on floors 2-5.

Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the resort.

Great

We really had a great time in that beatiful condo. It was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. Greg and Angie are really great hosts. I forgot to pay the second payment and when I tried I was not able to proceed on vrbo website. I sent messages to Greg and he responded quickly and even sent me a manual payment that fixed the problem. It was my first experience with vrbo and with hosts like them I surely use it again.

the host were great and the amenities were open, except for the restaurant, but they are working on that. the view was amazing and loved the private balcony and the condo is very quite didn’t hear your neighbors at all even at the busiest daytona 500 weekend. second time here.

The property was exactly as described. It had all we needed. Minimalistic enough to keep us in, but with all the conveniences we needed not to look elsewhere.The location of the condo is right on the beachfront, with amazing views during the day, and a breathtaking sunrise that wakes you gradually to a clear blue sky.Angie (the owner) was very thorough with the communication and instructions. At one point, I thought we've locked ourselves out, and she was quick to call to check and troubleshoot to get ourselves in. No problems with the locks, just a little patience from my end. :)The locations was PERFECT! We went for Bikefest - it was far enough from the hussle-n-bussle to have some quite time, but close enough for us to ride for a quick 5 minutes to the middle of the event.All in all, we are extremely satisfied and will be going back again!

Nice unit and great location. Property amenities were all closed making the walk to the beach around the building kind of long. Also, half the elevators out of service and the empty green pool left quite a few mosquitoes on the balconey...hard to enjoy morning coffee and sunrise. Would book again when pool is clean and beach entrances are open.

Great July 4th Experience!

My wife and I have stayed at Greg & Angie's unit twice before and we are always pleased with our experience. Checking in is very easy, communication with them has always been top-notch, and the unit itself is immaculate! We will definitely be staying again sometime next summer. We've been informed the the pools, parking garage, and other amenities are planned to be up and running by then. Fingers crossed!

Great weekend stay at Angie and Greg’s property. Was a little hesitant at first because the property reviews for Daytona Beach and Resort Convention Center are not the best. However, this property has individual owners, and this property has owners that truly care about guest experience. The place was really really clean and secure with a special padlock with code. Also, free parking and access to the beach which was beautiful and clean. Great location- grocery store and all yours needs just a walk across the street. We will be back soon. Thank you

A week at DNR on Daytona Beach

The condo was perfect for us. Third story view of the beach so we could take pictures and walk on the beach every morning. The unit was super clean, decorated nicely and close to many attractions.
