The location was perfect, on the beach with private beach access. The indoor pool and outdoor pool was also nice, they had a little shop on site to buy goggles, towels, etc. which was nice. The room was not the cleanest, we couldn’t use the pull out sofa because it was dirty. The patio door was slightly open when we got there, turns out the door barely opened and shut. My husband finally got it to close on the last day there. The staff was nice, it just needs some work on the rooms.

Thats ok to be old as it was but duty its not good. We found duty pillowcases and the flor has hairs all over the place. No breakfast. The wall needs to be painted. The furniture needs to be replaced. The mattress its terribly, very soft, very old. We didn't sleep well.

Staff was great. Room however needs appt of work. Door didn’t lock, air vent needs to be replaced. Peeling paint on ceiling. Shower faucets appear to almost come out of the wall. View of the ocean is great. Just needs a little TLC

The first front desk person we encountered was rude and unwilling to help, however, the second one was amazing and accommodating to our needs. The view from ocean front rooms is very nice, but the entire place is very run down and needs updating. Kitchenette is bare with not enough items to cook with. We had one pan, no disk soap, nothing in the bathroom either, towels are very old. Parking wa plentiful so that was nice. Our balcony had 2 high top chairs that were probably 40 years old and the matrass was old and lumpy. Overall, I would not stay here again for the price we paid.

Room was booked as a double queen and recived a single king for 2 adult men!!!! When trying to resolve the issue i was told it was yalls and the hotel's fault, but the hotel is booked and theres nothing more you can do but a $25 credit for my next trip. You dont have to worry about that!!!!
