Jacuzzi Getaway - Ocean Walk

This ocean front unit in the north tower offers upscale finishes along with spectacular views. The Ocean Front Master Bedroom has plush king bedding, the guest bedroom has 2 double beds, the 3rd bedroom has a king bed with kitchenette and the living area has a queen sized sleeper. The unit can sleep up to 10! You`ll really enjoy our beds as all the mattresses have been upgraded! Plus we have just updated all our bedspreads & reupholstered all our dinning benches and chairs!

The master bedroom also features an extra large corner Jacuzzi tub. The living room features a panoramic view and large balcony. The full kitchen opens into the dining and living room area letting everyone enjoy the allure of the spectacular ocean views. The kitchen has everything you need so just bring the groceries! Each living room/ bedroom area also has it`s own washer, dryer, & AC system. Of course every room has a TV with cable and each living room features a VCR & DVD player for your favorite movies.

Per the resort, the minimum age to rent is 21. They will not allow anyone under 21 to check in.

The property is clean and as advertised is right on the beach. There are several restaurants in walking distance and there are daily activities for the whole family. The only negative is the parking garage, the spaces are really close together. You just have to be careful.

Great area and view!

I stay in this area every year with family. I always get condos in either the Wyndham or Ocean Walk. I was very disappointed in how old everything was. The tv's did not, remotes did'nt have batteries. The mattresses were aweful, the stove did not work well at all. I was informed it was coming due for a remake but that did'nt help us. But the view is a killer, the stay was good no matter the issues. We were there a short time and tried to spend as much time on the beach and not let anything dampen our moods. Management was very nice.

The Owner Scott was such a pleasure to deal with! Great place with all the amenities we needed. Super clean n well stocked with towels n all we needed in the kitchen to make meals. If I'm ever looking for a getaway, I'll be using Scott again n again.

At first I was reluctant to rent a condo through VRBO, but soon became very comfortable when the property Manager, Scott Lichko, from Sunlit Vacation Rentals assisted me. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our family vacation was just PERFECT. Do not deal with just any property manager at the Wyndham, deal with the owner of the company, Scott. He manages 15 properties at the Wyndham and can be reached directly at (904) 445-9445. Scott responds to emails and phone calls within an hour.The location of the Wyndham is amazing. The best part of all is that you can park your car in the parking garage and walk to millions of restaurants, events, etc... If you happen to be traveling with 2 cars, then you can park your second car in the parking garage on Ora Street for only $45 per month if you are a Florida resident. We loved our vacation at the Wyndham and plan to return next year. I can guarantee that I will only rent a condo through Scott Lichko.
