Room was nice, this hotel allows pets so if you’re fortunate to get a room that a pet had previously had a mishap in, you definitely will smell it. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles. Had an issue that our trailer hitch pin was stolen from our truck. Informed the front desk, but he didn’t really seem to care. Mentioned something about cameras but then did nothing.

Requested (was definitely not offered) whatever room was available (since the reserved room was not clean/available, as I was extremely tired and wanted to shower and rest. Room had strong musty, mildew odor upon entry. Dead roaches and food particles on the floor. Pulled back comforter to reveal stained linen, as if bed was made without changing linen. Bathroom had strong urine smell, floors appeared to have not been mopped. Did not stay. Gathered my things and left. No point in discussing with management as I had “booked through a third party”. Didn’t want to further bother front desk as she already seemed annoyed that I was requesting an early check-in.
