Staff at check in were good, but the rooms (I switched rooms because the first one was terrible) are in serious need of updating. No water pressure at sink faucet, carpet needs replaced, desk chairs need replaced. The entire hotel needs serious renovation. Not sure how this place received a 8.5 rating. I give it a 4.5.

First off when we took the elevator to the third floor right before it reached the floor it started shaking and we didn’t think it was going to make it. The room had a musty smell which I’m sure we will develop a sinus infection due to this and when the air was turned down it only blew warm air. The office chair that was in the room looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. All of this and the fact that we had to pay 3 times the normal rate due to a race being in town and the condition of the hotel and room was ridiculous.

Front desk staff smoking outside when we came in that evening. Elevator grungy. Shower did not drain well and in need of updates. All of this would not be such a big deal if the room had not been $350 for the night. I believe they jacked up the prices because of the school contest we were in town for.

Staff were great, the location right off of I-95 was convenient. The hotel needs better upkeep and the rooms need to be renovated. Air quality wasn’t great inside either. Won’t stay again.

People lurking by entry door smoking cigarettes and weed in the evening. Not a safe feeling with my daughter walking up alone! Front desk worker one evening was out front smoking and on her phone. Or walking out side door. Breakfast area esp coffee area was filthy. Just would never stay here again. Do not recommend this hotel.

Milk jug just distasteful way of serving. And fridge was dirty.

The leasing manager was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, half of her cleaning, staff had been let go, and although she hired two more persons, we never had the pleasure of having our room cleaned. During our four day stay, we basically emptied our own trash, and had to ask for additional towels, toilet paper, etc. Basically, we cannot afford to stay at this location again
